First time trying it and had a mishap. Was worried I just spent 20 minutes driving out of my way for nothing, but the cashier up front noticed my frustration and made sure I wouldn’t miss out on the experience. The food was remarkable – Wrap was great and the soup was even better! Great customer service from the man at the register (he should be a manager with his service – he clearly cares about the customer). A big thank you to him, and I can’t wait to go back over and over again.

The service was excellent, and they have an impressive manager who actively participates.

went through the drive-thru for drinks almost two hours ago, ordered two sweet teas, one without ice. young girl with pink long sleeves underneath her tee, gave us the unsweetened at first, so we went back around to get sweet. she took the one without ice and we watched her pour it back into the tea container after it was drank out of. yikes

I love the food, and I have the points to prove that, but why are we being charged a fee of several dollars to pick up food. Not a tip, but a fee. I have seen the app they to charge fees for pick up even when points are used. There shouldnt be a charge for free items earned by points- or any time for that matter. This is place charges around $15 per person- comparable to local steak houses. You guys are too proud of your service when you dont have servers. I dont mind to tip, but dont force my hand with a fee- the points will sit there.

I ordered The half salad half potato combo for lunch. People that came in after me were served before me. The salad greens were brown, and The cheese potato had no sour cream. All in all a poor experience.

Take out was mostly correct just one topping missed, Italian sandwich and red velvet cookie tasted delicious. Price was expected and ingredients were plentiful.

The employee Josie is always very nice with her service at the register and makes everyone feel welcome. The wait for food isn’t usually terrible either. I get the potato soup frequently because they make it better than any place I’ve ever been.

So I work on the road and forever now I’ve been seeing this place, and I usually pass it up and go out to somewhere right next. Door whatever it may be, but I ate in here for the first time and I think this is gonna be my new routine to eat healthy and actually something I enjoy. It is amazing. The sandwiches are impressive. The portions are good, the soup’s amazing. I highly recommend you stop and eat at McAllister’s. Especially for the people, you know, it’s more of a middle class upper class scale..

McAlister’s has been added to my never eat again list. I go there once a week with several peoples orders and have been doing this for a couple years now. I always get mac and cheese for a side, and I have always checked it because half the time you can literally see the bottom of the bowl that it comes in. So anytime it is ever not full they give me another bowl with the correct serving size. The last 4 weeks have been good, today it was mostly liquid and hardly any noodles, wasn’t even half of the normal serving. I said something and a manager stuck his head out the window and told me that it is the same serving as always and then told me that I need to stop harassing the employees. I told him I never harassed anybody and that the last 4 weeks the side was ok, but today it wasn’t. Told him I can go somewhere else from now on over what measures up to a bite of mac and cheese. He said they are always the same serving size. I told him that I have pictures of all the ones he shorted me on and from now on I’ll take my weekly 30 dollar orders somewhere else. He turned and walked away. I pulled away said I won’t be back. He was real rude, and it was by far the worst I have ever been treated by any other resturant.
UPDATE: They do not care about their customers. I still have not returned there. I figured McAlisters has loss 800 dollars in sales as I used to get orders for several people I work with. it may be more than that because we would sometimes eat twice a week there. Still in shock that I never done anything to be treated the way I was treated there. I hope the manager has been replaced.
