The food was wonderful and the ambiance in the small harbor of Monaco was very pleasant.
What really stood out was Sergio, our waiter. He’s so inviting and attentive, making the service feel personal and authentic. I was especially impressed by how many languages he speaks, it really shows his dedication. Big recommendation!

From the moment I walked in, Claudio welcomed me with kindness and warmth, recommending excellent dishes and making me feel right at home. He was attentive, friendly, and professional.
The food was excellent, fresh seafood and generous portions. Don’t miss their gelato for dessert, it’s absolutely delicious and tastes just like in Italy!
The location is beautiful. I had dinner outdoors with a stunning view of the port, in a calm and relaxing area, perfect for enjoying a lovely evening.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine, great service, and a warm atmosphere.

really nice food and fair prices. we came for the happy hour discount of %50 which is between 2:30 – 6:30 pm but it was the monaco – psg matchday. because of that there was no discount, however they offered %30 only for us.
the server was really friendly and he even gave us a treat at the end of our meal.

A great family restaurant in Fontvieille! We ordered almost half of the menu and everything was truly delicious. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for families. Highly recommend La Salière if you are looking for excellent food and a pleasant dining experience in Monaco.

The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious. I think the pasta that Sergio chose was the best in Monaco. We almost ordered a little too much, but Sergio suggested the right amount for us, and it turned out to be an amazing lunch. We love F1, so we will definitely come back again.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and humour by Marika, who set the tone for a wonderful evening. She was funny, engaging, and truly excellent in every way. Sergio, our other server, kept the energy going with the same light-hearted and attentive service — both were absolute standouts.
I ordered the seafood pasta, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The team even added olives at my request — a small touch, but one that made the dish feel personal and was not any trouble at all. My wife, who is vegetarian, was treated just as thoughtfully. They specially prepared a black squid ink risotto without the seafood, just for her — something you don’t see often, and she loved it. Again, no trouble.
Exceptional service and thoughtful food — we’ll be back.
