The parking lot was packed so I walked from another parking lot to the McDonald’s. I didn’t feel like messing with inputting my order so I walked up to the counter. Some lady was fussing about not receiving one of her items and was quite rude to the employee which was totally unnecessary. This muture woman toke my order. She was extremely nice. I goty order quickly and found a table in the back where it was fairly quiet. The prices are ridiculous, McDonald’s you need to lower your prices, you make billions, help out Americans, we really do need, “a break today!” The apple pie was very good!

Well, I made an online order. We dont even live 4 minutes form here. When I received my fries, they were really super cold and stale tasting, and they also didn’t give me my Large Dr. Pepper I ordered or sauces for my 20pc. nuggets. Usually they are on point, so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt this time. Maybe they were busy and forgot. I forgive you Mickey D’s. Just please, please, PLEASE… don’t let this location become a habit of being lackadaisical. I’ll order again. If the meal turns out better, I’ll change this status and raise the stars.

This was me and my husband’s first sit down dining experience here, and it was great. We had an awesome server Jeanne, she was friendly and attentive( not overly, just enough). Oh, let me tell you about the food, it was simply delicious. We had the snow crab leg seafood boil with the BOOM Sauce medium spiced and it was very pleasing to the palate. We shall return!!!

I ordered food on your location first time, with lots of excitement. But it was so frustrating, when I got my Order. Fries are missing. Everything spoiled..patties, bun and veggies. OHHH NO, there are NO VEGGIES in couple of them. Because you guys just gave BUN n PATTIES. Seriously..

Edit, 1 day after editing to increase rating: y’all forgot my sauces again. That I paid for. And I will be by soon to collect on my lame half-full large fry from a week or two ago. Decreased rating again.
Edit: Aug 2025. I dunno. I don’t go as often anymore but I had breakfast today and increased my previous rating a bit. Cheers.
EDIT 2 yrs later, 2023: Does anyone work at this McDonald’s in the front anymore? I waited 15 minutes just to have to stop an employee and ask them to fix an incorrect order. No one checked on the 5 of us standing in the lobby or asked if we needed help. I guess they just assume everyone ordered already. I get that a lot of people do order through the app and drive-thru, but someone should still be helping those waiting in the lobby. What happened to customer service?
Original, 2021: Every time I go to this mcdonalds something is wrong with the food. The last two times alone were absolutely horrendous. The last time I went to this location I ordered a 20pc nugget. They were cold and hard, and overcooked too. It was clear the vats needed fresh oil and the oil they were using was old. I was sick all night from eating them. Tonight I ordered a double cheese with only ketchup. It was smooshed as flat as a pancake and looks like it was done on purpose. It’s still edible and is just gonna have to be tonight because I just wanted something fast to eat to curb my headache and go to bed for work, but this is honestly just unacceptable. I worked at a location a decade ago and know it’s really not that hard not to smash a sandwich when wrapping it, so I have to assume this was done on purpose and someone just thinks it’s funny. I mean, just look at the photo!

I have had a few positive experiences here, but it has massively declined. I deleted my precious review but it was no longer accurate. The new staff are pretty rude and barely have any idea what they’re even doing. They get orders wrong more than ever before. I assume the good people left because I haven’t seen the people I’m used to in a long time.
Also, the bathroom now smells like there is a rotting body in there. I have to hold my breath and hope I don’t vomit every time I go in there. I mean, it’s either that or I urinate on myself so gotta go somewhere. I’d rather it at least be a bit more pleasant.

My daughter loves the play area in this one. Plus, the food is always hot and we don’t have to ask for extra french fries that are cold. Their milkshake machine works too big bonus!

My food is always wrong no matter how I order it. Id love to know why this location cannot read a screen or process an order to actual completion. I always get the same bacon quarter pounder with cheese with no mustard and no onions and somehow I always get an old burger that is not even prepared the proper way. There are never pickles on my sandwhich even if i ask for extra. The burger patty itself is always old and dry as well as has at least one disgusting slice of old cheese still on it. Burger patties also have zero flavor every single time. This location is a joke at all times of day or night.
