I have never had this bad of an experience. I went through the drive through. The lady asked me to wait which I didn’t mind. She got extremely annoyed at me for ordering food and asking a question when I didn’t understand what she said. I was poliet throught the entire interaction and I didn’t have a crazy order. Large curly fry, 4 potato cake, apple pie shake, 2 bronco berry and Mac & cheese. The wait time was very long but I didn’t mind since I was just happy to get food. They had me pull forward after paying. Again I didn’t mind waiting. The lady that brought it out acted like passing me a bag was the most disgusting thing in the world. As stated earlier I ordered bronco berry. They didn’t put it in the bag. I went inside the same lady that gave me the bag was at the counter and looked upset that I came inside. I just asked for the bronco berry again. She handed me one that has a knife hole in it. I didn’t notice this until she walked away to get more bronco berry because I asked for more then one and knew that was on my receipt. As she threw the other 2 bronco berry onto the counter. I heard a lady by the drive through say “oh hell no we don’t pass out bronco berry!” A bit ironic as she was the one that took my order and rang me up. I’ve never had as bad as an experience as this. I understand people have rough days and I thought it was that at first but with everything that happened after I pulled forward to wait I doubt it was that. I really hope for this to be addressed since this wasn’t a single person’s fault.

All the tables were covered in crumbs and dirty. Gnats flying around. Service was horrible. After taking my order the cashier turned around and started to talk with their coworker on what part of my order they were not doing/making. My mozzarella sticks were not fully cooked they were mushy and greasy.

Always good food, friendly staff, and never messes up an order.have went there twice recently hoping it was just a bad day. Twice in a row bad food, not hot. Lack of food today, like almost no fries and they were took temp and soggy. No thanks!

When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and kindness. The restaurant was so clean and beautiful inside. The pop and sauce station was full and clean. Received the food, and it was hot and fresh. When I left, the young lady at the counter thanked us for coming. Wonderful place to eat, and employees have wonderful attitudes.

October, 2017. This Arby’s has provided me with consistent quality of food and experiences for several years. Pictured is deep fried turkey with bacon and plenty of additions to make another great sandwich. My order came out short one sandwich on my last visit and the friendly staff made the correction as soon as I pointed out the error. They corrected the order in less than 60 seconds. All of the food was the same great Arby’s that I love.

Check your food before you eat it here. Got all the way home (over 20mins away from this location) and found a hair in my food. Tried calling the restaurant and no answer. Not worth it in gas just to drive back for a refund on a chicken slider. Be cautious and check your food ALWAYS.

Paid for order online during business hours just for them to be not be taking or making any orders at 8:30 with multiple employee cars in the lot.
