Our waitress Megan was amazing especially after he spilled his French Vanilla Latte over the entire table after receiving all the food he order. He was so excited like a fat kid in a candy store. As I had to quickly exit the both so I wasn’t saturated with Latte. They acted so quickly to the spill. Thank you.

Very tasty breakfast! I had corn beef hash skillet, son had waffle with berries, daughter had chocolate chip pancake platter. We enjoyed, Megan was our server.

When family arrives at RSW, we like to have brunch at Skillets. The service is outstanding and Miller, our waitress, is so patient, helpful, and friendly so will request her next time. The stuffed French toast is a family favorite but there are so many delicious choices, even for healthy options. Now we like to go before dropping off at airport for a later flight.

The BEST breakfast we’ve had in a while. We’ve ordered to-go the past couple days from here. Both times the service and food were excellent. The perfect Omelette, crispy hash browns and the most delicious homemade baked scone and biscuits. I’m not sure why people are so harsh on some of these reviews. I would ignore them. You won’t be disappointed

We ate breakfast this morning at this Skillets. We had been there many times before with a good experience. Today, my husband and I both had omelets, hash browns, a biscuit and orange juice. My omelet was undercooked and runny. My husband’s omelet was overcooked. The hash browns were cold, biscuits were over baked and hard, the biscuits were not even warm as the butter did not melt or spread. The only part of our meal that was good was, the orange juice.
They were busy but that should not matter. Very disappointed. We won’t be back.

Wow, I have been a customer of Phyllis restaurant in Bonita Springs for many years today I visited there for breakfast. We waited quite a while to get some service and there was only two other tables on the other side being served when we finally ordered we waited quite some time for our breakfast. When I finally arrive. It was cold being a businessman with employees. I understand that companies are only good as their employees when I mention that my breakfast was cold the waitress told me that they had to cook it, which I thought was very rude. My wife’s breakfast was also called and she asked if they could warm it up. They promptly took it, and we waited quite some time for her order. At which time I was already through eating. The manager was very nice and took my breakfast off the bill, but it was not the money at all. It was the rudeness of the waitress being 84 years old I will not accept or tolerate the disrespect of a person representing a company. This is my first review on anything it’s safe to say that I will not be visiting skillet anymore.

Miller is a fantastic waitress. One of the best U’ve encountered. She is friendly, accommodating our requests, and eager to please. She’s also very hard working. A genuine “keeper.”

Seated immediately. Waiter came in a timely fashion for drink but had to wait to order. Too bad potatoes can’t have scallions taken out, would have liked to try them. Had biscuit & gravy skillet. Smelled like onions when I got it so that turned me off. Gravy didn’t have much flavor. Coffee is not the kind I prefer.

I was initially very excited to try this place since it has so many good reviews. I ordered the pancakes platter with the side of orange juice. The orange juice is highly recommended in most reviews but it did not taste like it was freshly squeezed. I also had the coffee which I enjoyed. For my children I ordered the waffle with the fruit on top. Overall, I was unimpressed at the food. The pancakes and the waffle were a bit overdone for my taste. Also, The amount of milk given to my children was less than I was expecting (see image below). The portion sizes were good and the amount of fruit on the waffles was great. I’m glad we tried this new restaurant but I don’t think we will be returning. I think we will be better off going to IHOP if we want some pancakes and waffles.
