This place was a pleasant surprise for a Saturday night club. We were looking for a place to go dancing and we stumbled upon Mariposa. From the plentiful free parking, excellent friendly security, no cover charge,seating, friendly hostess and spacious seating to the delicious wings, an amazing DJ that will keep you dancing like your body is on autopilot, this place covers ALL the and didn’t disappoint at all! The crowd was having a good time and it was great to see everyone just having a good time! Did I fail to mention hookah…yup they have it. This place is a Must experience it while in Vegas. I must say ALL the many servers were on top of service but the 2 gentleman servers needed to be more attentive and not forget about returning to a table for an initial order but there were a lot of beautiful women celebrating their birthdays. Oh…I took a picture of the floor because during the night and the club being packed, they managed to keep the floor clear and clean!! Bravo!!!

We found this spot on TikTok after seeing so many great reviews and decided to try their Saturday brunch. Booking a reservation was easy and the vibe seemed promising at first.
Upon arrival, we were told there was a strict dress code — something never mentioned on their Instagram or during the reservation process. My boyfriend was told he couldn’t wear his Nike Tech hoodie and that if he was caught wearing it, we’d be asked to leave.
Our waitress was super sweet and attentive, but unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the hype. The catfish was bland and definitely needed hot sauce to bring it to life. What really threw us off was noticing another guest wearing a hoodie, only to be told she was the owner’s wife. So… strict rules for paying customers, but exceptions for family?
The DJ was a nice touch and kept the energy going, but overall, the experience didn’t match the buzz online. Not somewhere we’d recommend or rush back to.

My husband and I visited Mariposa’s from California on Superbowl Sunday! Our experience was so awesome from making reservations with Mr. Devin Moore the actual owner to our arrival. We received the warmest of greetings from the time we arrived until we departed. They had a buffet style set up with Jumbo Shrimp, catfish, chicken wings and delicious sides with Cocktails of your choice! The establishment is a nice size and there was a live dj and host with raffles, games, and overall a really fun time. We were pleasantly surprised as we watched the game and will definitely put this Bistro on the top of our to do list when we visit Las Vegas! Thank you Mr. Moore and Mariposa’s for your hospitality. Our time with you guys was well spent, so refreshing and the perfect start for our Las Vegas Vacation! I’m just sayn

This restaurant is extremely unprofessional, dirty, and unwelcoming. When I arrived, the hostess looked me up and down instead of greeting me properly. I was told I could not sit at a table, even though I arrived at 5:55 PM…well before their closing time of 7:00 PM. By 6:12 PM, I was still being refused service despite wanting to order both food and drinks.
The environment was unpleasant: the tables were filthy, the entire place smelled bad, and the atmosphere felt neglected and trashy. It’s clear that management does not care about cleanliness or customer service.
I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. It needs a serious inspection and overhaul.

20% “service charge” AKA automatic gratuity should include amazing customer service! We should not have to chase you around or look for you majority of our meal and you only come to the table when you want us to leave or order more drinks! She was in such a rush to try to get us out of the table that she stopped coming back all together, even when I wanted to order more drinks and hookah! We had to beg her for water!! And she refused to give us water refills, even though we asked three times! It’s actually very upsetting because it’s a beautiful space and the food was actually very good. Unfortunately, that good food and subpar subpar service! She’s actually very lucky that it was my friends birthday because I would’ve stayed and argued that automatic tip! When I come back service better be in tiptop shape or you have an unfortunate occurrence on your hands!

This place needs serious revamping and improvement! The DJ was great but besides that everything was pretty bad. The service was lack luster and the waiter mainly focused on parties that were bigger and even giving them free shots and quicker service. We waited over an hour just for water and over two hours for food. We were barely checked on and acknowledged. The drinks were not good at all and tasted as if the drinks were not properly mixed and were not cold even though they were supposed to be chilled drinks( mimosa, Appletini, green tea shot, and midori sour). The chicken was good but the waffles and French toast were not. They tasted like I could’ve made them and I can not cook. Also, putting foil on the syrup bottles instead of an actual cap is distasteful and unsanitary. Constantly saying over the speaker to tip everyone multiple times was unprofessional especially considering the underwhelming service.

It took a while for our server to come to our table to finally start our unlimited mimosas, but once she did they were flowing. Same with our food. It’s possible that day they were swamped b/c they were only taking reservations no walk-ins due to the volume of people, we went during BreezyBowlXX. I must say though our food was sooo good. Nothing disappointed. I had catfish, grits & a side of French toast (I forgot to take a pic smh). The DJ was on point too, definitely go if you’re in Vegas.

I’ll never eat here again. I can see why this place is empty. The food was not that good for the price. They skimp you on the main portions of the plate. We had to complain because her whole dish was mainly all fries. If we didn’t complain I would have paid almost $20 for a plate of fries. Ridiculous. When it was time to pay, I was wondering why my bill was so high. Turns out they put a $15 (20% Service Charge) on top of your bill which they do not show you until after you payed and get your receipt txt messaged to you. And have the nerve to ask for a tip. $95 for basically crap and getting ripped off $15. Avoid this place.
