We might have been deliriously hungry but… this place was delicious!! Even if you are not vegan the curry croquette don was to die for. The jammy eggs were cooked to perfection. This place is worth a drive even if you don’t live in Puyallup. It is a place you will be dreaming of long past your meal.

OMG! This place is a hidden gem!! (I don’t like Ramen, but was convinced it’s not the Ramen you see at the grocery store)..I am so glad I went. The food was DELICIOUS, like nothing I have ever had. While we were there, the place was QUITE busy. ***a couple of things on the downside..1. The place is very small and if you didn’t know where you were going you would think it is an abandoned building and pass on by. There were 4 tables as you walk in the doorway-maybe 8 to 10 in what they call a dining room. really really cramped and small- tables are too close together. It looks like they had so many customers they put tables in the waiting area-. THEY NEED A BIGGER PLACE. and 2. The parking is terrible…

I woke up craving ramen this morning and quickly searched up places near me. This was 6 minutes away from me and had high reviews. However, I was hesitant at first because I didn’t see any “spicy” ramen (I am Mexican so I can’t help it.) But my fiancé and i gave it a try anyway. Luckily, they had some sort of spice blend on the table that easily spiced up my ramen.
However, this place is an eat and go kind of place. We arrived around 11:18AM and as I was still eating, I got handed a check at 11:50AM which I thought was rude. Granted, there was already a line forming not even an hour into their day.
Lastly, the ramen it self was delicious. I got their Black Garlic Ramen and it most definitely satisfied my craving. Would recommend this place for a QUICK bite but be prepared for a long wait.

This is such a cute authentic place. The The back garlic tonkotsu ramen has such a deep rich broth. The vegetable tempura was delicious. Gyoza were good too.

This is our favorite spot, amazing perfect ramen, their xiao long bao is excellent, I’m obsessed with the scallion pancakes and the milk tea. We’ve been regulars since they opened years ago, it’s stayed consistently excellent with great prices. 10/10 recommend

The ramen here is the best around, and it’s not even close. The black garlic ramen is an absolute must! We love getting it with an extra half egg and extra pork! It’s also possible to ask for extra garlic!
Also, the prices are good, the service is kind and feels genuine, the atmosphere is cozy and warm.
The place seems to be temporarily closed for now, we hope they open back soon!!

I recently visited this wonderful restaurant, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for enjoying a comforting bowl of ramen.

This place is consistently fantastic, and easily the best ramen I’ve had outside of Seattle. The closest competition is Kizuki, a chain located at the Tacoma mall, and My Lil’ Cube is both better quality and more affordable.
Lately they seem to have upped their chashu game, the pork has been really good my last couple of visits. And don’t sleep on the chili oil (though it is extremely hot)!
Be aware if you’re dining in that the space is quite small, and during peak hours there will usually be a wait! But it’s worth it.

Great food and great service! Both servers working were doing amazing even though it was busy. Dining area stayed clean and even with a wait time everyone was seated and taken care of very quickly. Definitely worth the wait and can’t wait to come back!
