This Red Lobster looked great and felt clean. The staff were very friendly (I could do without the “hun” and “sweetie”, I’m like 10 years older than you). Our meals were delicious and we left with full bellies and more food to go home with. I would definitely recommend this Red Lobster location to friends and family. Overall great experience.

My first visit to a Red Lobster, and it was about what I expected. We had great service from the host and wait staff. The food was pretty average in quality and preparation, we all enjoyed what we ate. The prices are much higher than what you might think for a chain, and I didn’t feel they reflected a good value between the food and the cramped atmosphere. I love seafood, but I probably will never visit again.

The ‘LOB’ only crosses my radar when for some reason their all you can eat shrimp “special” crosses my eyes or ears. Sure it’s gotten a bit more expensive just like everything else in the good ol’ USA but this one’s still a pretty good deal. $22 if ya just eat the shrimps they offer. $27 if your hankering a salad and soda to ‘waste’ shrimpy space. The small print ain’t bad as even a politician will filter through it with ease. Kickback and enjoy! Maybe get a table close to the can and always remember to tip those who are serving. Enjoy’

Red Lobster in Waterloo, IA. used to be a family favorite. Things have changed in the two years since COVID. The menu is smaller and the food quality is lower in my opinion. My spouse had the snow crab legs and she said they were very good. We both had the mashed potatoes and they were excellent! I also had the coleslaw and it was very good. I had the stuffed flounder and it was nothing to brag about of go back for. We also had the stuff shrimp appetizers and lemon cake dessert, both were 4 out of 5 stars. After our last visit roughly six months ago I said I wouldn’t go back, poor food ND service. This visit overall the food was 3.5 stars, and the service was 5 stars this time. Our server did an excellent job! We will give them six months and see if the food has regained it’s pre-COVID quality. UPDATE: 11-19-2023 Menu has came back some. Good selection compared to our last visit. Our server was excellent, food was good.

Delicious. Great food and drinks! My husband and I went to Red lobster this last weekend and the new menu items are amazing! I had the sesame soy salmon bowl! Oh my God with brussel sprouts ginger sauce… The salmon was on point! I also had a Tropical Treasure. If you like coconut and orange juice I would definitely recommend it.

My daughter and I were not acknowledged until 16 minutes after being seated. Forgot to make one of our salads. Had to ask multiple people for knives even after ordering a steak. Had a 6 oz filet mignon as part of my order and what came out was clearly not the correct cut of meat. Took over 20 minutes to get an order of shrimp that ultimately was put in a to-go box because it arrived with the check. Had to wait a while to get a printed receipt because someone put the paper in incorrectly. The light above our table flickered the whole entire time the steak was awful lobster and shrimp were okay. Took almost a full 2 hours after walking in the door to complete our dining experience.
