5 Stars – Exceptional Service and Food
We stopped in for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The meal was served hot, fresh, and delicious, and the restaurant itself was notably clean and well-organized. Our server, Wendy, was truly exceptional; she went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of with her friendly and welcoming attitude. It was a five-star visit all around. I highly recommend this Eat’n Park location!

We had a large family gathering at Eat’n Park in their private dining room. It was a great time, with great food and amazing service. Our waitress was sweet and took care of our entire 19-person party.
The menu has a little of everything – from pasta to burgers and everything in between. I personally ordered the grilled buffalo chicken wrap and a side of roasted carrots. Both were excellent – the buffalo chicken was the perfect blend of spicy and savory. I would definitely reorder it if given the chance. As for the dessert – their milkshakes and pies were out of this world and looked delicious.

So your manager in training Doug Hoffman visited my Monro location and took the time to listen about what’s going on and stuff in our lives and decided to help us out by bringing us a treat for taking good care of him so. We arrived at “dinner” time. Were politely seated right away. Bree took our drink order , promptly returned for food order. Was not busy inside and the staff was visibly attentive to those seated. Over 30 minutes went by and we were still waiting for simple dishes. Our server was apologetic and explained the overwhelming pick up orders caused the delay. We were glad for the explanation and we’re happy to see our meals come out. Basic dishes. Not disappointed. Because of the long delay, without complaint from us, we were treated to a side soup and a slice of pie.
Our service was refreshing. We never made a fuss, and we were well taken care of. Rare these days. Thanks to Bree, our evening was pleasant. Kudos for your exceptional customer service !! Whale n Mac, and cheese was exactly what we needed.

We had a wonderful family dinner tonight. The staff was excellent with my daughter and my elderly parents (both can be hard to please) our waitress helped us switch tables since my parents didn’ want to sit at a booth and the front end waitress got my daughter a steeler cookie instead of the standard one. Thank you for being very kinda and accommodating everyones needs!!

We stopped here on our way back to Ohio since it was near the freeway. We didn’t have to wait to have 7 people sat which was nice. There are tons of options on the menu with a wide variety of sandwiches, sides, and salads. Our food didn’t take long at all to come out. We all ordered something different (photos below). Overall, I enjoyed the club sandwich but the broccoli was undercooked and not warm. We bought some cookies to go and they were pretty good. This was a decent spot for a quick bite to eat for a decent price.

Eatnpark in Weirton is our favorite place to eat. The waitresses are wonderful and the food is consistently very good. The warm and friendly atmpsphere brings us back several days a week.
