Staff needs to be kinder to customers. Went in for a doordash order without a customer name and was told it “wouldn’t be given to me next time” because it didn’t have a name because it was “rude and annoying.” I did not place this order myself. Staff should check their attitudes, ruins the experience

I stopped at Wendy’s after an appointment in Erie. The restaurant was well staffed and the dining area, condiment area, and drink area were all very clean. While standing in line, a man came in and charged the counter. He was clearly agitated. The manager (Lisa) did well at not matching his tone or level of aggression despite this man’s demeanor. He accused staff of just giving him back an incorrect order. Lisa attempted to explain that they cannot give back food and that his order would be remade. She did well apologizing for the inconvenience. This guy had the nerve to accuse the restaurant of doing things “against the law” multiple times in a raised voice. Lisa was the perfect example of an ideal manager. She personally remade this guy’s order and took the time to explain what was in each bag. Despite his constant interruption and the scene he caused, Lisa was a Rockstar.

Double check your drive thru order.. They will over charge you and completely get it wrong! They didnt even offer to change the total cost considering what I order was much cheaper.

This place used to be really good. There were some annoying things, like interrupting me when I was placing my order, and knowing that I had to double check my order to be sure it was correct, that there was a fork, a straw, ext. I always get saucy nuggs when I go there and the last few times they were cold, and then, after eating there on 9/4, I became quite ill.

We got the fancy frosties. I don’t remember what they’re called. But they were DELICIOUS. The workers were very sweet and seemed like they enjoy their jobs. Very pleasant. The fall decor was ADORABLE. My mother and I were just taken aback by how cute it was. It’s was so clean that you would never even know it’s a fast food place. 11/10 and my big back definately be coming back soon.
