Thank you so much. I appreciate the pride you take in your work. Keep it up.
This taco bell was genuinely the cleanest and most organized Taco Bell’s I have ever been to.
They had actually taken the time to stack the sauce packets inside of the container to be as neat as possible. Incredible.
The staff? Amazing. I have never been greeted walking into a Taco Bell before today. An employee even opened the door for me on my way out.
The food? Let’s be honest it’s a Taco Bell and it was exactly that I expected.
This is hours from my home but I will make a point to hit this Taco Bell whenever possible.
To be honest this review feels like I am under selling this Taco Bell.
The biggest issue is drink labeling. Pepsi Zero was out, which is fine, but the substitute Baja Blast Zero wasn’t labeled as diet at all. When you have multiple drinks in the car, that creates confusion. For people who rely on zero-sugar drinks for health reasons, that’s not a small mistake — drinks need to be clearly labeled every time.
Second, we specifically order combo boxes, but this store keeps throwing everything loose into the bag instead of using the boxes. Food ends up mixed together, fries scattered everywhere, and you have to dig through the bag just to figure out whose meal is whose. The whole purpose of ordering boxes is organization, and this location consistently ignores that.
We were also missing items from our order, which shouldn’t be happening this often. On top of that, the burritos were barely filled and the fries were soggy.
They even had employees standing outside taking orders, so it’s clear the staff may be overwhelmed. I feel for the workers, but customers shouldn’t have to deal with missing food, unlabeled drinks, and messy packaging because of it.
Other Taco Bell locations nearby manage to get these basics right, so this seems to be a store-specific issue. I really hope management steps in and fixes the labeling, packaging, and order accuracy problems, because those are the biggest reasons this location keeps disappointing.
The staff were really attentive and made sure to ask if everything was ok, if we needed anything.
I messed up ordering online and clicked on asap instead of later. They still honored my order and made fresh even though I reached there after couple of hours. Really appreciate guys!!
For almost six dollars there’s literally ended up looking like a two dollar burrito smaller than the wrapper and more or less tortilla With very little filling and four tiny pieces steak Then I ordered a $9 box that was supposed to have 2 tacos. Cinna twist and chicken nuggets but it ended up being.
A chillepa A burrito a taco and chips like seriously I have had better service at other taco Bells and other states. This is absolutely Ridiculous
