If I could leave a zero star review.. I would. This service was horrible, the waitress rarely came up to us. We were super excited to come and began with the buffalo chicken dip which was fabulous. We then decided to do the deal for 19.99 2 entrees, 2 sides, and 2 fountain drinks. We came with 4 people and 3 of our orders were messed up. My friend ordered the all American cheeseburger and asked for no tomato.. they gave us tomato and the tray even came with a sticker that said “no tomato” and yet still gave us it. The cheese on their burgers weren’t even melted. I got the 10 piece boneless wings and there was barely any sauce on it and the chicken was so dry. The food looked inedible.. there were literal holes in it and it was brown and disgusting. If I ate it, I probably would have gotten food poisoning from this. 54$ literally wasted. They didn’t give us the proper sides we ordered either. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

We had multiple alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and various combos for the whole gang . Mark our server was very patient with us all and our huge orders

This place offers a fun space to gather with seating options at the bar, table, high top, booth, couch/lounge chairs, and outside seating. Plenty of TVs to watch your favorite game. I stopped in for a late lunch over the weekend and it was pretty slow, but the service was fast and the food was good! Awesome service. Can’t beat the pricing on the “Deals All Day” options.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My visit to this Buffalo Wild Wings was extremely disappointing. We were the only Black customers in the restaurant, and we were completely ignored. No one came to greet us, take our order, or even offer us water. We had to get up and ask for water ourselves, and even then, no one asked what table we were at. The service was nonexistent, and it felt intentional.
It was hurtful and frustrating to be treated as if we didn’t matter. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. No one should be made to feel unwelcome or overlooked because of their race. I hope this location takes steps to ensure all customers are treated with respect and fairness.

Wide variety of beers and menu items. But the service is poor.
Been there on a regular weekday and place was not that crowded but still it took 10mins for a server to check us. Atmosphere is okay but you can definitely find places with better service and atmosphere.

Leaving 1 star to leave a review. Came in with a table of 11. Took over 20 minutes for our waitress to get to us. Took another 20 minutes to bring drinks. After finally being able to order, we waited over an hour for our food with 4 kids. The food came out cold and wrong. New food took 30 minutes to come back and we eventually got sick of waiting and kids got frustrated and we had everything packed up to go and didn’t get to enjoy a family outing for our daughters birthday. Would never come back and don’t recommend this establishment.

I walked into Buffalo Wild Wings expecting a regular meal, but Nicholas turned it into a full experience. From the moment I sat down, he treated me like a VIP. Attentive, cool-headed, and genuinely friendly — you can tell he takes pride in his job.
My order came out fast, fresh, and exactly how I asked. The wings were on point, the fries were crispy, and the whole vibe of the place just felt right. Nicholas checked in at perfect times without hovering, made great recommendations, and made sure everything was smooth the entire visit.
If you’re pulling up to Buffalo Wild Wings, ask for Nicholas. He’s the kind of employee who makes you want to come back, bring friends, and make it your go-to spot. Buffalo Wild Wings needs more people like him!

6/16/24- Updated review…..Food is still good but our server, was not that welcoming nor was he attentive. The hostess was awesome as she kept checking by on us which is great customer service,m. However waiter wise the service seems to have gone down hill.
Covid policy enforced, masks required, social distance seating, booths with plexiglass for separation, host and hostess went out their way to accommodate us per our request, server was great, friendly/courteous staff. Food was good.

The brisket burger and margarita were excellent. Ditto for the dry lemon pepper wings. Unfortunately the naked chicken tenders with mango jalapeno sauce were really not good. Great place for a dinner with friends though it may take a time or two to find what is excellent for you.
The triple dip nachos were very good but didn’t have enough nachos for three kinds of dip.
