Food was great, customer service was awesome! We were asking for recommendations Dom gave us some suggestions to try. The other Dom, Cash register Dom was equally just as friendly. Kids loved the food. We will definitely be back.

The food is DELICIOUS, and Peter was awesome! He asked if we needed an explanation of the menu, and he described clearly what each step was, the flavors of the meats, and the heat levels. He double checked that we were okay with the rice, cabbage, and noodles for step one. He was super friendly and nice to talk to. I got the beef with the krunch (katsu chicken) with the level five heat and omg. It was absolutely divine. The beef was tender with great flavor, and the katsu chicken was honestly some of the best I’ve had. The spice level was perfect — a bit of a kick but full of flavor without my mouth being on fire. The rice mixed with the cabbage was bomb, too! We will for sure be back

Unfortunately, the food felt more like an acquired taste, and the reviews didn’t quite match the quality we experienced.
Parking was also difficult. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Good customer service i went 2/21/26 around 7:30 but there was one man who was a bit rushy thats all i have to say, the girls were really nice and helpful, the drink area was messy, the tables werent clean either, and the restrooms were worse. The soap dispenser in the restroom was broken, the toilet paper was just sitting on the floor when i walked it and the toilet itself was dirty

The staff was wonderful and so kind. It’s my family’s first time coming to this restaurant and they helped all of us figure out how to order. The food is also crispy and good. There is so much customizing and I think there are so many possibilities for your food.

lol this is a joke, there’s no other way of telling them you want extra sauce other than the stupid “make it sloppy” option. but apparently “make it sloppy” means not putting any sauce on it whatsoever! I guess it’s my fault because I keep giving them business in hopes it’ll be good but every time i order on doordash this happens. also this was $15 for just the bowl BEFORE doordash fees or tip.
i’m updating with a revised score, i’m still leaving it at a 4 because it was still super inconvenient to have to come up after ordering doordash, but when my boyfriend went in to get some sauce, peter, the GM, gave him a whole new bowl and some extra mandoo. the bowl he made was perfect! I still stand by the fact that “make it sloppy” is probably the worst way to word that modifier, but that’s more a criticism of the company as a whole and not this location. also I want to clarify that while this is the first time i havent received ANY sauce, previous orders also said “make it sloppy” and I received even less sauce than usual. the second picture is the new bowl from tonight

We had the best experience thanks to Dom and Hailey. It was our first time here and Dom was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything on the menu and even gave us great recommendations. He went out of his way to check in on us while we ate and made sure everything was perfect. Super friendly and made us feel right at home. We would come back in a heartbeat. Hailey was also very sweet and attentive at checkout. Great service from start to finish.

Came in as an alternative to our original. Very thankful we did. The dining area was very clean, not a table service place. The food was great. Reasonable for the area. The guy who took our order helped us out with their system and menu. Definitely will be back when in the area again.
