I came in yesterday to order an impossible maple minus the bacon and was greeted with a wonderful smile and gracious customer service by beautiful black woman. Too bad I had to leave because of an emergency. Came back today expecting the service and it was a bunch of kids playing behind the counter. And just talking and laughing while customers came in to use the kiosk. Today I get bacon on my burger! I haven’t ate bacon and 10 years now my head hurting and my stomach upset as I write this review! I will never come to Burger King again! Damn!

Denene, the employee at this branch, is surprisingly friendly, attentive, and helpful. She should be promoted to the national customer service training program. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a warm welcome, a smile, and a Burger King crown. The way she works is truly admirable. Clean place, average taste, fries a little too brown.

This is one of the rebuilt stores. Very nice and clean. Hostess Denae is superb. Even has a cool little ditty about not using machines but seeing her instead. Top Notch CS. Others, however seemed oblivious to me standing there looking to use the restroom. Food is the same as it ever was.

Ordering here is like doing business at the DMV. It’s going to take way too long for any “convenience”. After several visits over the years, it has never gotten better and I finally learned my lesson not to waste precious time watching a non professional management style completely flop.

Went to the drive thru and was sitting there for 5 minutes just saying “Hello??” “Hello!?” And nobody responded to me. The car in front of me got their order taken fine but the car in the second drive thru line also left. After continuously calling for them, I still got no response. They never even said “give me a moment” or anything. I left because nobody ever attended me. This happened at 1:31pm today.

I just went through the drive thru on e Tropicana Burger King. The 2 sandwich combos totaled over 31.00. My wife’s whopper was war at best. My Steakhouse outrageously priced burger was stone cold. My onion rings were even colder. The only thing hot in this 30.00 meal was the fries. The steakhouse sandwich was terrible because it was so cold and tossed in the trash. My wife ate half of hers and tossed it. The onion rings I never took out of the bag. For these prices you would think you could at least get something edible. I haven’t been to Burger King for awhile and now I remember why. This will be my last visit and my recommendation would be save your money for a sit down meal. This place was pathetic.

Ordered Whooper meal and a side of jalapeño bites. Wait was more than a few minutes. Fries should have been piping hot like poppers but….poppers appeared overcooked maybe? a few didn’t have any filling inside. The Whooper trimming s were fresh and the beef could have been better. Tasted like it was reheated on a dirty grill. The sweet tea I don’t recommend. Taste is awful. I visited the drive thru about midnight.

Our server Julio was amazing! He was so nice and polite and And we asked him to make everything nice and hot for and wow did he he made us two fresh to order burgers and fries both of them came out blazing hot it was amazing it was exactly like the commercials the service was 10 /10 today thanks Julio that was amazing you made our day
