Fast casual burgers in nicely designed clean atmosphere. Good for dates and families. Fries were great, plentiful and hot. Burgers were tasty. Noise level was low and music pleasant. Beer and wine available.

1st of all a true hidden gem here in Corvallis, went here for the 1st time about 4 years ago and it was good and it’s still amazing. The service was fast and easy food was out in literally 15-20 minutes. I got the chicken pesto and that was INCREDIBLE my partner got the Bo & Vine burger and she enjoyed. As well the regular fry portion size is GREAT, so good for 2-3 people. It’s a bit pricey but not gonna lie it’s a good deal you get what you pay for! Overall we will be back to try more items, stop here if your ever in Corvallis needed a meal that will leave you stuffed and satisfied!

We have been to this Bo & Vine location in the past and always had a top notch experience, but today was different. Our visit today was around 11:30 on a Sunday and there was one other party that ordered right before us. We ordered two Bo & Vine burgers and a “share” portion of fries. One of the burgers was requested as is and the other with no sauce and add french fries onions. The “as-is” version had the correct toppings but the other one arrived with no sauce, as requested, but not the french fried onions that were originally requested. When asked about the oversight to they brought out a tray of them, which was a very generous portion, but we were dissapointed to find them cold and soggy. We added them and took our first bite into a very dry burger.
Historically these burgers are fantasticly juicy with just the right amount of greasy goodness that comes with a smash burger, but today it was not.
We dug around the pan of fries and found that over half of them were overcooked which was diaaapointing and again, unlike our prior experiences here.
Perhaps it is just an issue with it being so early on a Sunday, our other visits have been during the mid to late afternoon on a weekday, but the consistency of the past was not here for us today.
We left disappointed and wishing we had not spent the money here today.

We were given a gift card for Bo & Vine while we were visiting Corvallis. Love old town Corvallis and its atmosphere. Very active and pedestrian friendly area. Bo & Vine was easy to find and was busy on a Saturday night, yet we were still able to find seating. It utilizes self-seating and counter order, so don’t expect hostess or waiter service. Staff were friendly and helpful. Despite being quite busy, our food and drink order was timely. I had a Hulk Smash and my husband had a Bell Ringer. We shared a small order of the house made tots. The food was awesome. The food was hot and looked wonderful, but tasted even better. The homemade tots were delicious and I could imagine stuffing myself with a large order even though a small order was plenty! They had a huge collection of sauces available and we had the tzatziki. Again, it was all very tasty. My husband had an IPA and I took a chance on a “wine shake” which I found very different, but wonderful. Self-bussing your table is appreciated since there isn’t wait staff. Overall, I very much enjoyed this restaurant and will definitely return and highly recommend it.

This place does not have much of a street presence, but when the food on your plate tastes this good you don’t care.
This was our first time here.
I had the Rodeo Burger with the gluten free lettuce leaf option. It was very good .
My wife and our friend had the Bo & Vine burger which they said was delicious. We were going to order a regular and share fries.
With the coaching of the order taker, we just had the share fries size order.
That was more than enough for the three of us. Thank you, it was good to have another option for good food in downtown Corvallis.

Great quality burgers! They offered vegetarian options and chicken burgers as well. They have a good selections of beers. I really liked the place and the manger and staff were kind and friendly. If you order a side of fries be aware that the portion is plenty for two or three people.
Favorites: Bo&Vine and Willamette

It’s a really cool little place to stop & eat a little spendy but the food is worth it. My server Ethan was amazing, very polite, friendly, & helpful. He has great customer service skills thanx Ethan . And they have a fountain soda machine that is Jones Soda ONLY. That is so cool. I’ve never seen a Jones Soda fountain machine before.

I really enjoy coming to this place, and although they might be a tiny bit more on the expensive side of a burger, their gluten free option tastes amazing, and they also make sure to tell me of possible allergens in certain sandwiches that I should avoid. Their portion sizes are amazing as well, and their sauce bar is to die for. I really love having the option to come in and grab a quality meal for myself, and then also get fun sauces. (They also do a student discount which is super amazing for a local business!)

Never disappointed by the burgers and fries. Tried a shake for the first time tonight and was disappointed. Given the amazing flavors in the burgers and sauces, I expected more from the shakes. I won’t get a shake again, but I’ll definitely keep coming back.
The bacon and ranch fries are streets ahead.

I ordered on-line via their web site, which used toast. Wanting a side salad with my burger, I picked combo but not seeing a drink mentioned (weird?) I also ordered a 20oz bottle of coke.
When I arrived, the counter person gave my a bag with a box in it. No drink. When I asked for my drink, he tried to give me a plastic cup for a fountain drink. I said I ordered a 20 oz bottle. He said, no, you got a combo. I said I explicitly ordered a bottle. He said no, it doesn’t show on their end and asked me to dig out the order receipt. Finally gave me the soda after I dug out the emailed receipt.
1. The toast on-line order integration should work better and print out the whole order at the restaurant. OR the server should read the actual order better and not double down. It’s unclear which it was, but it’s bad either way.
2. The order/menu page should have mentioned a fountain drink — flavor of my choice, self served — if it’s included. Sure, this one is maybe 75% on me since “combo” usually means drinks and fries (or salad).
The burger tasted just fine. But it wasn’t hot. It was barely warm. The salad was ok. So I wouldn’t recommend take-out unless you are only 1 block away. I was staying at a hotel 4 blocks away. Fall evening, not particularly cold out. Maybe it had been sitting on the counter (it was already in a paper bag when I got there) — I walked over right after I ordered on my computer, at my usual not fast but not slow pace, so maybe I should have just went there to order and eaten my dinner there rather than doing it online as part of searching for dinner options and then taking it back to my room to eat while reading etc.
Oh, the web site makes you explicitly ask for utensil, napkins, etc. I asked for napkins only. There were no napkins. I didn’t notice this omission when I looked at the bag contents, just the missing soda bottle. I guess I need to be more observant.
