Everything had flavor! Good flavor not too salty just right. The fried green tomatoes didn’t need anything the gumbo had plenty of seafood in every bite. The fried catfish was fried to perfection. We came on a busy Friday evening and it was pretty busy the service was a little slow. Our waitress was holding it down. The live music was good a lot was happening because the place across the street was having a part as well and the. Music clashed. Overall for sure I’d return

The service was great. The Cajun pasta was pure delicious. My partner loved the liver. The greens were great. The Mac and cheese was not for me. But I loved this place and will definitely go back. Did I say great friendly service.

Stop by for dinner no reservation opening seating and its decent amount of tables available. The vibe outside was live thou had DJs on the block with people dancing its was dope. Ok the food so yeah I started with Fried Green Tomatoes 9.2 these was bussin fr…aint ready need no hot sauce. The flavor profile was like that and low key the cole slaw was served with it paired so well. For the main got 1/2 chicken and again they didn’t miss the chicken was cooked extremely well and season wasn’t bad at all 8.7. I got a side of mac n cheese which was cool 8.1 was creamy but not much else. Had a rum punch to wash everything down with and the bartender was a little heavy handed but I didn’t mind. Customer service was a little slow with it but I wasn’t in no rush today. Overall was happy with the spot definitely a must try if in the area 8.6.

Norman’s Bistro is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Norman and Darryl and GM Fran is very nice. The restaurant is in good condition. Amazing gumbo. Must come back. 10/10.

They should hire some people who like the food. Or they should improve the food.
Our server told me not to get the Mac and cheese because it’s nasty and everyone sends it back. I overheard another server tell her diners that she couldn’t tell them anything about the peach cobbler because she only eats her mom’s. And a third!! The third was telling her table something about how only some of the sides are good. I didn’t catch it word for word. Crazy! Never witnessed anything like that in my life. It be your own people!
My food was okay. I was not sad that I left my leftovers on the table.
The severs attempted to be pleasant but their unprofessionalism shined at every opportunity.
The icing on the cake was watching a couple (not the same race as me but I won’t go there) come in, order fried green tomatoes, and get an order of them sent to their table all within 5 minutes. I’m sure they were our tomatoes. We had been waiting on ours for about 10 minutes after being in the restaurant for a total of 20-25 minutes. Not cool.

Visited this venue while attending a friend’s birthday party. I had a great time. Food was good and tasty. I did not order off the menu as the food provided was catered; light appetizers. Lone bartender was busy but efficient, courteous and fast. Bar did not have tonic water nor ginger ale. Many took advantage of the al fresco seating opportunity. Overall nice venue with good food, and a friendly and courteous staff.

The customer service here is superb. We got there and realized that I didn’t have my mask. The owner stopped us and had someone give me a mask. We had the Henny Sidecar and a watermelon margarita. The drinks were amazing and full of spirits. Now on to the food, the seafood gumbo was EVERYTHING! The Chipotle pasta was amazing too. Even the sweet potato fries were amazing, the best I’ve ever eaten. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back.

Amazing place for lunch or dinner. Wonderful seating and the food cooked to perfection. My favorite was the sweet potatoes in the cup. not super sweet and the flavor reminds you of your Grandmother’s cooking.

The ambiance is pleasant. The place is spacious, allowing for private conversations. Interesting art displayed. Good menu selections. The food is fresh and flavorful. Their specialty is southern dishes. The prices are fair for the quality, quantity, and presentation. There is on the street parking. When weather permits, there is outdoor seating. I enjoyed my meal. I plan to visit again in the near future. Handicapped accessible entrance.

Took my baby sister out to eat. The atmosphere was nice and friendly. The service as on point by Noah the server. He was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable of the menu. Food was good my catfish po boy could of been season a little bit more but all and all it was good. My sister food good as well and fried green tomatoes was excellent. I definitely will becoming back next time to see the live jazz since we left. It started at 8pm. Which meant we would have to stay a few more hours but definitely will wait next time to hear them play.
