It’s usually fine here but I ordered curbside twice now and they were late after my scheduled time and the second time today it was 15 minutes past so I went inside and asked for it. It would be fine if they were super busy but they weren’t. I understand things happen but there was no apology or anything.

Highly recommend spearfish Culver’s! Each and every time I have gone there are always kind employees. Polite about my service dog in training. Offered a pup cup in the restaurant and the drive through. Clean as well. I will keep going back!

Depends what day you go. Sometimes it’s a decent quick eat others times you might as well just throw your money in the trash and save yourself some time.
Like when the top of your roll is cracker stale and the bottom is like they dipped it in dirty dish water. Enjoy!

I actually like the his Culver’s location very much, however I must give the “service” only one star. Go yourself and stand where you can observe the service counter. You will see that literally every – I mean EVERY – employee puts their fingers INSIDE the drink cups when they reach under the counter and pulls out the cup. The employee will touch the computer ordering screen, take cash, give change, sometimes they will go outside using their hand to open the door, delive food to a car, return opening the door again and then reach down and bring out a cup with their fingers IN THE CUP! That is disgusting!

We have eaten at many Culver’s in the past all across this country and they’ve been fine. Unfortunately our experience tonight at the Spearfish location was not good. We stood at the front counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. One female employee saw us, didn’t say anything, and left to clean off tables. Then another man saw us, didn’t say a word, and kept bagging food and took it to a drive thru customer. He finally took our order after another lady(was she the manager?) told him to. He was nice, polite and answered our questions. I ordered the double butter burger with cheese. When it arrived the patties were very dry and lukewarm at best. The bun was hard as a rock on top. The cheese was not melted. Honestly, the whole thing was gross, but I was so hungry I took the bun off and ate the patties and cold cheese. My husband ordered the sourdough melt and it didn’t seem fresh off the grill. The sourdough bread didn’t seem like good quality and the cheese was not melted. After this experience, it is obvious the quality of food and preparation has sadly deteriorated at Culver’s. We both decided that we will not be back.

Very clean restaurant, every time we visit it looks very clean. The food tastes fresh, the grilled chicken actually was the best chicken I had in long time. The oils they use for cooking are always fresh and that’s the main difference to other restaurants who use burned oils. We will come again.

Culvers is always a good idea! Very quality good but the cheese on my double smash burger needed to be melted! Aside from that the quality was solid. Staff was very nice mostly young people working hard. Very very clean as well!

We ordered food here today. I made a mistake ordering online. by an hour. Quite boomer of me I know. I showed up when they were extremely busy. At the wrong time. The manager over heard my mistake. Within minutes she had our order to us. And didn’t need to Definitely recommend this establishment and am very impressed with the staff.
