Make sure to ask for the local delight if your not local. It is not on the menu and we have been long gone from Hawaii when it was actually on menu. Took us asking for it to be able to get it.

Food I give 5 stars because it’s always good , customer service and workers I give a 0 , I ordered my food , waited in drive through for 15 min to pull up to window for them to park me for another 30 min , I had to walk in to let them know I was waiting for them to have forgot and didn’t even start my order yet , remind you they were all managers and supervisors working , they really need to evaluate who they hire because customer service should be there main priority of course on top of providing great tasting food .

Their customer service needs another of work before it was so friendly and welcoming now its like their annoyed that I’ve came to their restaurant. Almost like i interrupted their day. They always seem to get my order wrong or doing give me everything I ordered. Even when they do give you some of what you order its a sloppy mess like they were backed up and rushing but when you look behind your car you see that you are the only customer there and its just the lack of pride they have for their company.

I waited over 45 minutes for my order after I mobile ordered it, and they were still missing a lot of my order. I didn’t mind the wait, but the girl who was running the food out this afternoon had a stink attitude and she needs to keep in mind that she’s not the only person who has ever worked at McDonald’s or had a rough job! She made the experience way worse.

Nice place, clean. They have new young staff that are not fully capable of working the register. I’m patient so didn’t mind. Most importantly my order was correct and received it in a timely manner.

The service is on point at the nanakuli McDonald’s. Overall, I consider McDonald’s a necessary evil. They create community space for the community’s elderly population. Just swing by early in the morning any day. They are also necessary because I have a childhood programed itch that has to get scratched by a McDonald’s cheeseburger at least once a year.

Great deluxe platters! We don’t have spam rice & eggs as an option here in Utah, even though there is a huge Polynesian population here in West Valley City, UT. This location in Waianae, HI was professional and courteous. They were quick with our order so we were able to get our day started!
