We just had the most amazing experience we have ever had in a Wendy’s drive-thru. We were greeted with the robotic voice that asks if we wanted a frosty tag for our key chain, which we replied yes. And then, Markayla welcomed us to Wendy’s. She has the most pleasant voice that radiated positivity and didn’t make us feel was a disingenuous customer service one. It was the same energy and kindness was continued thru as she completed our transaction at the window.
We will absolutely be making this location our preferred store because of the superb drive-thru service we witnessed tonight.

Drive thru was simple and order was completed in a timely manner. Not much wait once at the window. Food was good, the burger was not messy, so it didn’t end up everywhere, that was a plus! For a fast food restaurant, I was satisfied with my experience.

We went through the drive-thru and placed our simple order. A large Coke and a maple bacon egg cheese croissant. However, we ended up with a slider with bacon. I need some understanding. Put your listening skills on Wendy’s. I’m deeply heartbroken on my breakfast sandwich as I got to work.

We went inside and there were no other customers. We sat at a table and ordered on the app so we could use deals and rewards. Two simple orders, nothing complicated. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. In that time, maybe one car came through the drive-thru.
The woman working the counter and packing orders seemed completely out of it. I watched her pick up the same empty bag over ten times and put it right back. She kept rotating the receipts, putting sauces in the bag, taking them out, then repeating the whole process. It was painful to watch.
When we finally got our food, one bag was ice cold. One order was also missing the extra sauces we paid for, even though they were clearly listed on the receipt she had been staring at for over 30 minutes. When I asked for them, she acted annoyed and had an attitude.
Horrible experience. The Wendy’s on the south side isn’t perfect, but they’ve never done us this wrong.

Very friendly and excellent service here! Sadly, the quality of Wendy’s food at all locations (not just this one) has declined over the years: fries were lukewarm; hamburger and chicken patties were lukewarm and as if they had been sitting in a warmer waiting to be used. I miss the days when hamburgers were made fresh and were piping hot wjen they were served. Same with the fries. So food-wise, we wished we had gone to McDonald’s instead. But service-wise: the associates were friendly and appeared like they enjoyed working there and with one another. Thanks for great service!

We went through drive through at 10:40 pm. We ordered a Dave’s double medium combo and a 3 piece chicken tender medium combo. We were told the tenders would be cooked fresh so there would be a little bit of a wait. The gentleman brought our order out to us and we drove off. When we opened our bag, there were no napkins and both orders of our fries were barely warm. Considering the amount of time that we waited for fresh tenders we should have had hot fries. The tenders were hot and delicious. I wish I could say the same for the fries. They went in the trash. Very disappointed.

We went in to get our food because we know it takes a minimum of an hour in the drive thru. Well….same thing inside. We ordered simple things off the menu. No changes whatsoever. Our order was wrong the first time. The manager fought us. We knew what we ordered. She even told us we had the wrong receipt. What?!?! I paid with a card. Think i know my debit card number. Waited another 20 minutes. Our “Baconator” fries were a joke. They didn’t even try. Our burgers were cold and gross. DO NOT COME HERE. The cheese wasn’t even melted. If you do decide to stop at this establishment be prepared to be greeted with employees that are rude, high as a kite and do not care about a thing.

Customer services here is always great. Sometimes I go never a wait. But when I do have to wait it’s never long and the food is hot and good . Breakfast and lunch is amazing.

The last 2 times going there over 15 minutes wait after ordering. This last time the guy that was bringing out the orders gave mine to someone else. I had to leave before I was late for work . All I ordered was 2 Jr bacon cheese burgers and a unsweetened tea .total time frame over 20 minutes 1 car in front of me.

On location alone I give this Wendy’s one star. It’s only accessible from ONE direction, and that direction is the I-70 interchange. So, if you’re coming from Clark Lane, you physically cannot go to this Wendy’s without going through the interchange and finding a place to turn around and come back, which is absurd. Once you get to this Wendy’s, the service, like most Clark Lane fast food joints, is not good.
