12/18/2025, 4pm. I want to thank this crew for an excellent experience at this store. I spoke with two employees, both very friendly. Then, I thought I’d try the Double Cheese Sliders. Had never tried them before. They were cooked and assembled very nicely. They were delicious! I think I’ve found a hidden gem, and a new favorite. Overall, a great trip to White Castle. Again, thank you to the staff, for fast, friendly service, and great food.

Is it really that hard to follow directions? Should I just start saying “I’ll have whatever you feel like placing in my sack today” since that’s what you’re going to do anyway? The two ladies working tonight were cheerful, attentive, efficient, could not ask for better especially out of a fast food place. I hope their efforts are recognized by management. Only lost a star due to the homeless guy creeping around my truck, totally not their fault.

Ask me to do a survey, then disrespect me by not making my order and having me sit there for 27 minutes to the point I just get up and leave. It’s not the fact I didn’t get what I was promised. It’s the fact that they didn’t even respect me enough to serve me. Your crew was trash.

Yesterday I found my child was admitted into the hospital. I hadn’t eaten all day and I decided to stop by this location to grab dinner. Its was maybe around or after 9pm. Ive never had such amazing service from here. MARIO was the gentleman that took my order and he was very professional and we even had a small conversation. Plus all my food was hot and fresh which made my day even better. Mario is an amazing employee with those type of people skills. I’ve been in the restaurant industry 20 years. You guys should be very proud to have someone like him. Thank you again Mario for taking care of me and making my day a little bit better.
