The health department needs to inspect this restaurant. It is honestly very unsanitary. The staff appears unclean, and the kitchen is extremely dirty.

Disclaimer 1/25/25 only came inside to enjoy ice cream. The staff were super friendly and professional. My mini chocolate xtreme blizzard was made well and really hot the spot. My niece had a chocolate ice cream cone which she enjoyed. The total was $8.11 with tax which seemed a little high for fast food however we sat and enjoyed it!

Just wow. I ordered the chicken strips with gravy. The chicken strips were small. The gravy had the same consistency as curry! I wonder why? Bread wasn’t toasted! Coke machine was broken too! Gal behind the counter could grow a better mustache than me! Lol

Pulled in and no one in the stalls waiting for food. There were 3 people intermittently working inside. Took a long time to get 2 burgers and tots. Gotta say having to use the app to get deals is a royal pain. I think the car hop cooked, bagged and delivered the food. Don’t expect this place to last long

Burger comes with onions and pickles. No lettuce or tomatoes.
This is the only DQ in the area that consistently gets orders wrong.
I would rather drive to Grandview or Lee’s Summit before wasting time going back here.

This has got to be the worst dairy queen I’ve ever been to. Ordered a chicken strip basket and the strips were tiny, the gravy was like water and the texas toast wasn’t toasted and had just a dab of butter on it. The fountain drinks were watered down and there wasn’t any ice. The dining area was filthy I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Would not recommend.

What is the deal with the drive through it took 45 mins to get food; and watch out for this pothole too it took my low car out and do you think they are going to pay for the damage no. The service is sooooooooo bad! The kid Anthony that worked there was rolling his eyes and just had a snotty attitude all around it was embarrassing when my son is seeing this if that’s the type of people you want representing your establishment good luck.
Update 2/2/2020 service is still horrible, i ordered on the app and when i got there there was a white lazy who made the joke of me being a DoorDash person being here early. I didn’t find this funny and wondered where my online order was. They didn’t even start cooking it and i didn’t arrive until 12:20 where my app stated it should be done by 12:17. The freestyle machine was out 6 flavors and the misty slushy i originally ordered they stated the machine was down but honestly it wasn’t even plugged up, she stated it was because they didn’t open until 11 even though the web says 1030 and i didn’t arrive until 12. She didn’t want to give me my money back at all. Im just all around disappointed STILL. I could have corrected her then, the employees were just standing around on their phone and the lady was just full of excuses. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all still unless you go at night when they get all the kinks out.
Updated 11/15/2024 STILL THE WORST Dairy Queen around they don’t acknowledge you when you come in. I completed a pickup order and it was supposed to be ready at 12:28 it’s now 12:38 and she acknowledged me and the order is still not ready. They still lack simple customer service. With this she tried to give me cold food. Check your food!

I ordered for my family from the drive thru. I was in a swimsuit because we just came from the pool. I made the mistake of leaving the drive thru before checking EVERY. SINGLE. ITEM. But I did pull over to the parking lot to check. The receipt was correct, but I had a missing item and an incorrect item. So I had to go into the restaurant and tell 2 people, who talked to me some, and spoke a foreign language to each other some. But I was using the correct receipt to illustrate what I was saying and they said they understood. While I waited in the car the food got cold and the Icecream melted. They finally came out to my car with the food and I drove home lest the food I already have get worse. When I got home I opened the bag and found the item was still wrong. WORST SERVICE EVER! They ruined my whole family’s meal!
