Drive thru service leaves a lot to be desired. $9 for a sandwich (only) and no mention of a deal for an $8 bundle. $6 for a single patty burger, while $6 gets you a double, 4pc, fries and a drink. Not a single word said promote this and save money. Wendy’s was always a “go-to” and now considering other options.

Terrible customer service and they were all out of buns!
Went through the drive thru, we waited 2-3 minutes for someone to take our orders, but no one ever came on the speaker. We pulled up to the first window, no one was there. Went to the second window, 4 staff standing there laughing and talking, waited about a minute before they opened the window to acknowledge us. One girl had the headset around her neck-which explains why no one heard us or answered at the drive thru.
Ordered online before leaving the house(10 minutes away) and we still had to wait 10 minutes to get our orders.

If your looking for fast food don’t go here. Waited almost 30mins for a mobile order and everything was cold or just lack luster.

Ordered two meals and they had me pull up to wait for my order. Waiting wasn’t the problem, it’s once I got my food, they left one of my fries off my order, and my burger was completely wrong. I tried calling them to see if I could come back to have my stuff replaced since I had made it home before I noticed (about 15-20 minutes), but no one will answer the phone.

We ordered a large chili. They filled the large cup to equal a small cup. The chili was not chili, it was chili soup. Half the cup was watered down and they gave me stale crackers too. Please do not go to this place. The watered down chili should help their inventory. I bet the franchise owner wouldn’t dare eat here. Don’t eat here.

On Saturday I went to Wendy’s and started placing my order and they Knew what I wanted….. If you want fresh hot food this is your place to go for fast food in Thomson…..the snow was falling and the Hot Chilli was selling fast…..my double burger, My fries dipped in that Amazingly good frosty last but not least I had a cookie…..yummy good….

For a week I have been waiting to get a Toco salad and when I was finally able to get to a Wendy’s to get one I was so disappointed..
They have no cheese in the whole building..I was ok with that because I was headed home and knew I could get cheese at home.. I get up to the window to pay $9.93 and I ask for a receipt. The young man tells me he has no receipt paper. Maybe I could ask up front. Next window. I ask for a receipt. The young lady looked at me she didn’t know what a receipt was. She tells me they have no receipt paper. None in the whole building. At this point I am worried about my salad. Are they going to have all the ingredients for it. Minus the cheese..
Finally got my salad, and when I got home I was so disappointed. The salad was so small, I had more chill in the container than I had salad to put it on..
I will not be returning to Wendy’s any time soon…

Went the the drive through and the lady screamed into the mic “WE CLOSED”. OK, closing 22 minutes early, I totally understand. It probably was slow, and they wanted to get out of there, but to yell that into the mic before saying anything else is crazy. She yelled so loud into that mic that I could feel the distortion crackle and hurt my ears.
