This is the second time I go to this location..
The first time it wasn’t a very polite or fulfilling experience..
they told me they had certain equipment off when they supposed to closed at 2 am and it was a little bit later than 11 pm..
But this time the lady on the window was very nice and made sure the order was completed.. everything was served properly and with care..
I had a almost 40$ order and everything came up with excellence..
Thank you so much for the service..
I was picking up for my wife who’s been in the hospital for 3 days pregnant so she really wanted some Taco Bell.. hospital food for some folks isn’t enough.. lol

Only reason I gave it one star was that it was the only way I could leave a review!It actually deserves a negative review!! This place should be shut down! No availability of restrooms. No service, must use kiosk. When they do show up they get most of the order wrong and give you attitude because you ask for it to be corrected. Paid for extra toppings that were missing-when asked for them was told I’d have to pay extra- duh!!!!! Already did! The dirty looks and annoyance expressed were free of charge though!!! Listen I know it’s not the 4 Seasons, I still paid for my food and expect to be treated like a paying customer. You hate peoples and your job that much? Quit!

Walked in to an empty front counter. No line, no service. Lady finally came out to front after 5 minutes and told me she isn’t taking any orders that I I had to do it on the touch screen. I used my card since there was no option to pay cash. I waited at counter to ask the lady if they did military discount, most taco bells do, but she said no.
Our food was hot but all three of our quesadillas were cut into 4 pieces like normal but the two side pieces had no meat only cheese in them. Our chilupas hardly had meet on them and the 12 pak cinnabon delights were not hot.

I want to take a moment to acknowledge Lashun for her incredible service. She consistently goes above and beyond, showing kindness, professionalism, and dedication in everything she does. It’s unfortunate that the on-site management fails to recognize and value employees like her, choosing instead to lead with negativity and poor attitudes. Despite the lack of proper recognition from leadership, Lashun’s efforts shine through, and I want to make it clear that she is deeply appreciated and deserves far better than the treatment she receives under the current management

I’m in the parking lot of this Taco Bell right now, I ordered two double beef burritos and this place make them fatter and hotter than any other place around here in Palm Beach that I’ve been to. Highly recommend this location

Bro these people really gave me a cup where it’s exploded in my car. Then for the manager to say get off my line because they are on a timer. I get home all sticky with a sticky car that I need to wash today. To find out all my food was under cooked. Completely raw and not toasted at all. By far the worst fast food experience I ever had. Don’t come here ever. There are better Taco Bell locations in the area even if it adds 5min.

I was the only customer in the lobby, and they took my temperature, and wear masks at all times. Customers sit apart from one another for social distancing. The service was extremely quick and polite there are no electrical outlets to charge your phone, and the rice tasted a little burnt. Extra onions, which will benefit any Taco Bell item, are no additional charge.

Terrible service.
I placed an order online through my phone. Got a text that my order was ready. I drove to the store, and still had to wait more than 10 minutes. What’s the point of telling customers it’s ready if it’s not? Total waste of time. I used to come here often, but after this — never again. Fortunately, there are better places nearby.
Do not recommend. They clearly don’t value their customers’ time or trust.
