Usually the food is really good. But I don’t appreciate receiving condiments that have a use by date of August 12,2025 and today is September 26, 2025. You need to check and rotate items properly and pay attention to dates.

Took my grandkids in, The manager hit it off with my grandkids, had big smiles on his face and theirs. They really enjoyed their kid meals and their toys that came with them. And the manager ended up giving their food for free just to be nice. Don’t always expect it to be free but that was nice. I had french fries And a frosty. All food was eaten

Usually never have a problem. Great 99% of thw time I go. I have a 30min lunch break and didn’t check my food(my fault) I get back to my place of work and have NO BUTTER or SOUR CREAM for my baked potato when I actually asked for extra. So now just a bland potato, bc i dont have time to go back.

Pretty good Wendy’s. Much better than some of the other ones I’ve been to in the area. Ordered through the app to save a few bucks with their “offers”. Breakfast Baconator was well made and was a no hassle carry out order. I’d go back.

The food is “okay” but it wasn’t worth a 23 minute and 8 second wait (with an empty dining room). People that came in after us were served first and the staff had no reason for it. The order was messed up and the sandwiches cold.

Very good Wendy’s in Poulsbo, the food always tastes great, fresh and homemade. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. All employees friendly. They have a nice remodeled interior with big screen TV and fireplace as well

I am very disappointed in how management handled a situation at the Wendy’s in Poulsbo, WA on December 21, 2025.
A young employee named Kalea was fired after a customer complained about being asked the normal and polite question, “Is there anything else I can get for you?”—a standard part of customer service. Even more concerning, management reportedly acted after the customer said he would not return unless she was fired.
No employee should lose their job for being courteous and professional. Kalea was doing her job correctly and never should have been terminated. This decision reflects poorly on management and sends the wrong message about how employees are valued and protected.
I hope Wendy’s corporate reviews this situation, reinstates Kalea, and ensures fair treatment of employees going forward. Supporting staff when they act professionally is essential to good customer service and community trust.

The Food was Hot Fresh and Tasty. The Service was Excellent and the Bathroom’s were Spotless. What more can you ask for when you are on the Road. Perfect Spot for a Pit Stop.

My husband/I went through the drive through on 12/28/2025 @ 5:50pm. We order 2 Wendy’s single sandwiches(1 with NO ONIONS)/a 4 piece chicken tenders with honey mustard sauce/a medium Chocolate frosty and a large diet cost totaling $29.13. What we got was 2 Wendy’s singles(BOTH with onions)/ 4 Chicken Tenders that had OBVIOUSLY been sitting around for a few hours/and a “watered down” Chocolate milkshake !!! I want my $29.13 cents BACK !!!
