Ordered a daves triple with extra cheese and they really did this. When there’s 3 patties, what in the hell would make you put 6 slices of cheese on the bottom bun and only one top? No straw with my drink as well which seems to be a common occurrence recently. Management needs to step up their new hires

This Wendy’s has the worst set up for drive-thru. Vehicles come in the parking lot the wrong way making it so people in the actual drive thru lane, whom came in the legal way, have to wait until the entire “illegal line is gone”. It is mostly always packed, although the food is good its a pain to get it.

So far as the food was hot and fresh.
So, the reason I give the restaurant a 3 star is because the bathroom was not clean in which you couldn’t use it.
Those stains wouldn’t go away when flushing the toilet which it indicates me that the toilet hasn’t been cleaned in a while.
I notified the manager and she looked surprised.

Why don’t they fill up the fries ?
I go here often, and I am getting sick of getting my fries half full… never order a large it’s filled even less than a medium should be.
They think we all eat fries on our way home and won’t notice? It’s been too many times now, not to complain…

No wait at drive thru at this usually very good Wendy’s. Was feeling great prior to ordering/receiving my order of a crispy chicken blt sandwich and small coke. Associate was friendly, expedient; asked if I needed a receipt – I did not. I started to eat the sandwich on my drive home and became very nauseous, violent vomiting not even 10 minutes after leaving Wendy’s drive thru on Second St in Manchester. Stopped at Urgent Care; looked like food poisoning; medication, plenty of fluids, ride it out as I didn’t even eat half the sandwich. Called to let management know; polite, but what can a fast food restaurant do when something like this happens?
