Very well managed! We got greeted by. I believe it was a manager since she was wearing a buttoned up gray shirt. She sat as where we preferred. Our server was awesome by the way she exhibited professionalism, humor, kindness, very courteous, and of course, very attentive! She gave great recommendations on the food, and I had asked for a Michelada with a bit of specifications which she herself prepared it, and it came out perfectly done just how I like it. My mom had ordered a coffee which the server then told her it will take some time since we are going to make a fresh batch about 10 minutes pass by and we got greeted by the manager, which she came up to our table and again reassured my mom that the coffee was on its way and not to worry that right there is what a restaurant should be doing and a lot of ways or different scenarios like this one! We got reassured twice once by the server and lastly by the restaurant manager, which that is awesome and itself, you can really feel that they take pride in what they’re doing, and they want to express the fact that all of their patrons wants are being met! I ordered a Marisco soup which was delicious!! But definitely a 10 out of 10 in every part!!

Great food and service. Our server Nancy was great never an empty cup and always available for anything we needed. We ordered “paseo por el mulle” oysters and guac and finished off with dessert (strawberry cheese and carrot cake were tasty).

Great good food, service is great too, it does get busy so there’s a chance of a wait time.
The #4 is my go to. The chips and salsa are delicious as well! Definitely will be coming back! Satisfied every time I go to muelle.

Had an awesome experience at Muelle 37!
I got the #2 with grilled fish and grilled shrimp — everything was super delicious.
The staff was really friendly and attentive, which made the whole visit even better. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

too many tables for 4 waiters.the wait time is long and food was cold when arrived on table. because bad management. ive been at other locations and they are excellent if they improve the service I will change my review since ill keep coming. food is good as long it isnt cold

We were seated right away and our drink order was taken as soon as we sat down. I ordered the Muellecito and it was a lot of food. The two fish fillets were lightly breaded, flakey and tasty, the shrimp cocktail was delicious, the fries and onion rings were nice and crispy, and the rice was fluffy and flavorful. The grilled shrimp lacked flavor but I just added it to my shrimp cocktail and it was perfect. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Overall, a great experience.

10.28.23: there was a cockroach walking from the table to the wall and the manager made comments that there were no roaches in the restaurant, are we supposed to bring them in or what did she mean. Rude

Bro and sister. If you want some good seafood, clean place to sit and have a super cold beer, then come on down to this fantastic seafood restaurant. The food is Devine, the service is amazing, and the atmosphere is positive. Our waiter was very nice and energetic. He made us feel like they were so happy we came into their restaurant to eat. Will definitely xome again.
