Went here last night for dinner, If I could give zero stars I would. This is the second time I’ve visited here and had a bad experience to the point I will be going to the next town over from now on. First off, we did not get our drink until our food was already sitting at the table. The food was gross and cold even though it only took about 10 minutes to come out. My husband and one of my kids ordered the “bottomless” apps and was only able to get one extra aside from the main dish because our server never came to check in . We were handed dirty silverware and for the entire stay (around an hour and a half) were surrounded by dirty tables and flies. The silverware we got also came with food stuck already on it . At this point we just wanted to get out of there and it took us 3 times asking our server for the check before she actually decided to grab it. Never again.

The service with the waitress here was absolutely phenomenal. Our waitress was a pretty one named Sierra she has blonde hait n blue eyes, and boy let me brag, because she was just amazing. She was on top of it! Whenever we were low on anything, she was on it, if I needed anything at all she on it beforei knew I needed it ha ha! outstanding and very professional! I am very much pleased and impressed! friendly as ever! the food was delicious and they were busy! but she made it look like it was a walk in the park! resturaunt well kept and clean. I was more than pleased and will be back again! thank u again sierra! keep up the outstanding work!

I got the whiskey chicken wrap. The chicken was grilled and some of it was a bit chewy and parts of the wrap was ice cold and other parts were warm, not hot. The service was horrible. Hostess seated me but never gave me a menu. Waited almost 12 minutes before the server finally acknowledged me. She got my soda and basket of fries in a decent amount of time, but that is where things went down hill fast. Took forever for the food to come out and like I said the wrap was bith very cold and not hot. Not once did my server come over to the table to check to see how my lunch was, nor to refill my soda. Once she delivered the meal, I didn’t see anyone again. Ate 1/2 of the wrap and waited to get her attention to get the check and a to-go box but that didn’t happen. Sat there for at least 15 -20 minutes with no service, got frustrated. Paid the bill on their thing at each table, got up and walked out….without the other 1/2 of my lunch, I might add. First time at this particular location and it will be last time there. Fair warning.

Disappointed with service. Ordered three different cheeseburger meals with bottomless sides. Two cheeseburgers were correct, but the third was a plain burger (no cheese) with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions set to the side of the plate. It was dropped off by a different server, so I figured I would just assemble the burger and start to eat. It tasted fine, but was definitely not what I ordered.

All of our drinks were completely empty as the server passed by our table at least five times without offering refills. I finally requested refills and we got them.

We asked for more sides (fries and broccoli) and it took 17 minutes for those to arrive (we noticed the time since we were on our phones). When they did arrive, some of the fries and even some of the broccoli was cold. Maybe they were sitting on the counter ready to deliver for most of that 17 minutes, who knows. The restaurant was not busy, so I don’t understand why things were so slow.

For sides, my nephew ordered the garlic fries, which is an additional $3. It wasn’t until we paid the bill and left that he mentioned he never received garlic fries, just the same steak fries I got.

All of these added up to a bad experience for everyone at our table. Probably our last time at Red Robin.

Red Robin has been my my favorite restaurant for years. The store in Longmont is awful. Food is tossed onto tables. Drinks take 15 minutes to get. Food takes an hour and has clearly been sitting around for awhile and anemic looking. This is the second time we tried eating here. The table are sticky and filthy in the crevices. The silverware was just kinda tossed at the table in a pile. It was clearly very understaffed and I get that but at that point management should be on the floor working tables even ones who have the shift off. Everything about this place is lackluster and anemic at best.

Unfortunately not the best. They messed up on the birthday free burger for you and still charged me extra for their mistake, and the way it was handled was very unprofessional. “It sucks that you guys should have to pay that instead of the 21 dollars.” I am grateful it wasn’t a 21 dollar bill, but if its a mistake that you’re not sure about please don’t charge me something I didnt order to make up for your mistake. They did give me 2 free milkshakes in the future with no need to purchase of anything else. Hopefully that will be honored. The server 10 out of 10! It wasn’t his mistake but maybe the manager needs to just accept that they were wrong and let the customer not have to pay for their mistake.

Last night’s visit to Red Robin was disappointing enough that we ended up leaving without eating. We waited 15 minutes just to be acknowledged, had to repeatedly ask for water, and received an appetizer that was overcooked with rubbery, gelatinous cheese. Our waitress was kind, but clearly overwhelmed and unsure, which points to bigger issues with staffing or training. After over two hours, our food arrived stone cold. We were told the kitchen was backed up, but cold food doesn’t usually come from a busy kitchen, it comes from food that’s been sitting. We paid for our drinks and left. The food itself might be decent on a good day, but the service and timing completely missed the mark. Save your time and money until this location gets things under control.

Got some good food last time. Had bad experience previously but I’m sure that depends on the day. Service was garbage though. Saw our waitress once. Someone else brought our food. Had to flag the waitress down for our bill.

My family and I come here often. The service is pretty good and the food is as well. Last time we went, the pizza was a bit cold, but they were also short staffed in the kitchen, so i don’t blame them.

Beer was luke warm and flat. What sucked was the “manager?” On entering I overheard the front of house saying they just fired their only server and two old ladies had to sit in the bar. They left soon after then a guy named Ryan “manager” I think said to the front door kid “I thought you were a human, your just an employee.” The kid was so down and defeated all he said when I brought it up was “it is was it is.” Yuck. Not in my home town. Don’t go here
