Y’all do NOT make your food with love at all let alone give me meal items that are supposed to come with a MEAL. I was missing 3 hash browns with my online order. Going here in person sucks too because the service is awful and the workers never want to work or help you. Asking them for anything is like pulling an arm. Idk why GrubHub ordered my food from this location but I hope it never happens again because this place doesn’t know what the hell they’re doing. Just get rid of this place all together and do Tarrytown and the rest of Westchester a favor. Place sucks.

I’ve had some decent experiences with the workers, but some of them be lazy as hell like asking for anything extra gonna break they back. I don’t think that customers should be abusive, but restaurants should by courtesy offer to meet our demands. If I go back in line to ask for something, it’s always something like, “Why didn’t you ask last time? No, we can’t now.” I wasn’t treated horribly, but they just don’t seem happy to help.

This is completely wild. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for YEARS. Same order. Same time, around 10am. Never once did anyone say a word. No issue, no problem, no confusion. For FIVE YEARS, this was routine.
Now all of a sudden they refuse to serve me? Acting like they’ve never done it before? Like I’m asking for something outrageous? This is straight up nonsense. There is no excuse for it. None.
Whoever is running this location clearly has no clue what they’re doing. The staff doesn’t care. The consistency is gone. The customer service is nonexistent. The attitude is unbelievable.
It’s actually insane to treat a loyal customer this way. I’m done. Permanently. Don’t waste your time or money here. If they’re capable of flipping the script on a regular like this, they’ll do it to anyone. Absolutely wild

Small building with plenty of seating. Self service drink machine out of order, and NO free refills. Order your food and it will be brought to your table. Tables were dirty. Loud inside from customers watching videos and chatting to friends on their speakerphone. All this while the radio is playing.
