⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dylan’s in Port Arthur, TX

Dylan’s is an awesome spot in Port Arthur with a fun, laid-back vibe, live music, and even an adult playground complete with swings—yes, swings! It’s the kind of place where you can kick back and enjoy good food, cold drinks, and great company.

We stopped by on a Monday for their $0.70 bone-in wing special and were blown away. I went with the hot buffalo and buffalo dry rub, both served up with fresh carrots and celery. My wife tried the medium buffalo and the honey zinger garlic—each flavor hit the mark. The wings are naked, crispy, and fried to perfection—no breading needed when the quality is that good.

Shoutout to our waitress, Samantha, who was fantastic. She kept our drinks full and made sure we had everything we needed with a smile.

One thing to note: smoking is allowed around the pool tables, so if that’s not your thing, plan accordingly. But overall, Dylan’s delivers a solid night out with great food, music, and a relaxed atmosphere.

My husband and I travel for work and try to frequent locally owned places so as to give something back to the community. We found Dylan’s and now we hardly go anywhere else. We love to do brunch on Sunday’s and John the bartender is one of our favorites. He is very personable, friendly, on top of his game, and takes really great care of us. We bring our work friends here often and they seem to love the place also. The outside area is great for families for brunch and they even allow dogs.

Met my husband here for lunch today. I barely had sat down and was immediately told I had to cover up myself because showing shoulders was against the dress code. I wasn’t going to make a fuss but noticed a table in front of me with a lady wearing a sleeveless top with a low neckline. My husband asked the waitress why her top was okay and mine wasn’t. I’d hate to “pull the race card” but the other lady was white. And I was the only Hispanic in the place. I feel was unfairly targeted. If you visit this place be careful. Seems the “rules” only apply to a certain skin tone. Hence the dress code says nothing about shoulders or tank tops in the sign they have posted. My top had a high neckline and my stomach was not showing. Just my shoulders were only thing not covered.

We enjoyed going here for a late lunch. The crowd is heavy at that time. The food was great. The ribs fall apart, but still got a bite to it. I also like how the food isn’t Drenched in bbq sauce. The sides are made were, in my opinion, they speak for themselves. Just simple good food that’s well seasoned. The coconut shrimp and the mango habanero dipping sauce had a kick to it. Good thing the beer was cold. Service was great and attentive. We will be back for sure.

Service absolutely questionable!
Came to eat with my friend at 3pm, sat down and grabbed a menu. A older lady waitress walked past us and the bartender both acknowledge us sitting there, another 2 people come in after 5minutes of sitting there and they get service!!!

I’m a server myself, so yes I believe this is reasonable complaint

What can I say about this place which has been a staple of mid county for years!!! The managers are great!!! Staff always takes care of me. Drinks are always made on point and the food is always amazing. This is a place that has it all family fun during the day and adult entertainment after 10:30pm. Now kids are usually having to leave at 9pm. Other than that wonderful place for a meal and drinks. And please follow the dress code. They are very strict about that. One more thing I didn’t like is the cover charge after 8pm is ridiculous, it should be 9:30pm take cover charge not at 8pm when families are still getting something to eat. That’s my only 1 negative topic. Other than that awesome place.
