This one takes the cake. I will not be coming back to this location. There is a long black hair inside my hamburger, absolutely disgusting. I do not care how it got there, and I don’t want excuses. If you’re working with food, wear hairnets and change your gloves assuming you’re even wearing them in the first place.
As someone who works with food, this is completely unacceptable and flat out nasty. If you’re going to half-ass your job, quit. Whoever the GM is at this location should be fired immediately, because it’s obvious there are zero standards or priorities being enforced and obviously haven’t been in months.
And before anyone tries to deflect no, it is not from me. It was literally embedded in the hamburger/bun. I’ll be contacting the health department to take a look around this location as well, maybe that will get the correct audiences attention.

Came for breakfast.
While waiting, and the food que full, several employees proceeded to place orders, pay for their own food, and received their own food while many customers waited. Yes they were still working because they all rushed back to make orders. Very disappointing. We waited almost an hour for our order which was not hot when we received it. Before we got our order, an employee yelled, ‘ok, we’re done with breakfast,” while we were still waiting for our breakfast order…

Avoid this location at all costs. Waited over 30 minutes for our order. When we got home we realized the breakfast biscuits were not cooked all the way. Absolutely the worst McDonald’s experience we have ever had. We even contacted McDonald’s to share the experience and they didn’t seem to care. Don’t waste your time or money and just choose one of the many other options available in Bentonville.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever ate at. Not only it took over 30 minutes for the order, but the food was half cooked. Do not waste your time or money at this place. Paid over $30 dollars for 4 egg McMuffins and they were absolutely horrible.

I waited 40 ish minutes for a 4 piece and 2 mcchickens and a large fry… I shouldn’t have ever had to wait that long and they still forgot the sauce. There was only 4 orders before mine.

This place has an indoor play area. Food is common quality McDonald’s, nothing to write home about but still good. The Play place bathroom has had a broken soap dispenser for over 2 months. I have mentioned it to employees numerous times and it has yet to be fixed.
Update March 23 2024. The play place bathroom soap dispenser still has not been fixed. I guess at least there is a loose soap dispenser if you think that’s any better.
Update June 27 2024. The bathroom is super clean today. The soap dispenser is working. The sink is working. The bathroom is clean. Did I say the bathroom was clean? The food was still standard McDonald’s food and that’s good because I like most of it. Oh also table service food was faster than I remember it also.

Absolutely one of the worst McDonald’s in this area, especially when it comes to customer service.
Additionally, why offer usage of the app, but no support when the app has issues. Every time I’ve been through here to try and use my app to redeem rewards or deals, etc. it NEVER works and I’m always told there’s absolutely nothing they can do about it. Seems like if you can’t support it then don’t offer use of it
