Always a wait. Long line or short. They need a better team with acceptable customer service. Smiles and greetings would be nice. These young people don’t want to work and you can feel their energy in these drive thrus. Hire people that take pride in their work. Seem like i bit in this chicken sandwich and chewed a tooth. Doesn’t pay employees a living wage. Frostop down the street gives you twice the food for half the price no wait time, taste better and it’s not frozen and shipped in. Support local and get real food.pic is of 9 dollar meal at frostop. Includes a drink.

Everyone at this location looks and acts like they hate their job. My friends and I were looking for a nice, quick and cheap meal after a long weekend. We ordered at a kiosk and waited for food to be brought to our table. That’s fine, that’s normal business, but the problem started when the little girl that brought our food all but threw our bags at us. We, then, had to wait thirty minutes at the counter to get service because they forgot our drinks. We were purposefully ignored while other workers chitchatted with their little friends. To make matters worse, my order was made incorrectly. I spent money for my food to be made to my specifications and it was wrong.
Even worse than that, there was a man with his little boy who came out of the men’s restroom and he told a manager that one of the workers was pleasuring himself in the restroom with loud porn on his phone. My friends and I quickly packed up our food and left after that.
This location is absolutely horrendous and needs a complete overhaul of staff and procedure. This review is coming from a former McDonald’s Shift Manager. I will be calling corporate about this location at my earliest convenience.

I haven’t eaten at this McDonald in a while. I used the kiosk upfront to place order. It was very easy to do. I order my number 1 favorite meal of all times! The Big Mac meal. Price was good. This placed was a little behind on cleaning the tables. Me and others had to walk around and pick fom the least most clean. This was a little busy.

The past four times I’ve gone through the drive through at this location, they’ve forced me to exit the drive through and wait at the front of the store for my food to be run out to me. I take issue with this because it’s obvious they are trying to forge their drive through times and once I’m out of the drive through, who knows how long they take to bring out my order. I also can’t tell them I’d rather stay in the drive through out of fear of retaliation.
This is just an observation as it’s obvious the management is ineffective and fraudulent to allow this practice to continue unchecked.
The drive up times are there for a reason, to ensure customers are getting their food in a timely manner. Bypassing this system is just a quick fix and doesn’t address the issue. Either the time targets are too ambitious, or there is an issue with the work force. Likely the latter.
Regardless, if your drive up times look decent. They’re falsified. Management needs to do better.

I came here to pick up a mobile order, but once I got to the drive through I was at the speaker for 15 minutes waiting for a response. Once they finally replied I pulled forward to the window and they told me to pull around to curbside pick up. I then waited there for 15 more minutes for my food. The whole time they didn’t say any “sorry for the wait” and acted like it was completely normal. If anything they were a little rude, even though I was still very friendly. And when I got home I saw that the order was missing its fries. Absolutely unacceptable at that point I’d just go to a diner and spend the same amount of money.

I have come here at 5:10 to 15 am several mornings weekdays. Most mornings I’m told come back in an hour we have no food ready…really? As we I’ve given a code and the price discrepancies are most times ludicrous!! The cashier is at most lower elementary! I’m on my way to work and it’s So! Disheartening! How bad the service at this downtown location is!! I can absolutely, NEVER! Pull in and out! Sometimes you pay and believe today will be good then they ask you to pull around to the door for your food! I as well have had to leave without my food to not be late for work! The worst McDonald’s for Downtown. Someone else should open a downtown early morning fast food with coffee and a fast breakfast for workers. This ain’t it!!

Did a mobile order came in to the counter to pick up my order waited about 20 minutes for food at 10 o’clock at night wasn’t real busy. Paid extra to have certain things put on my sandwiches like bacon and sauces and lettuce and tomato and all that stuff I get my food in the car get home they didn’t do any of that let alone the chicken sandwich I got was so dry. You could break a tooth on it like it’s been sitting in a warmer all day after paying $29 for food what a disgrace this store should be closed called countless times no one ever answers the phone corporate needs to go there bad what an absolute disgrace one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever seen in the country. General manager needs to be fired.

I’ve been sitting in the drive through since 6:20am and now it’s 6:30am no orders have been taken and online it shows they open at 6am own and operated by a third party. But why is it like this. Another time I stopped by this same McDonalds I pulled through the drive through at 6:30am and they said food wasn’t up yet. This place is disgusting. When I got my Mcgriddle, IT WAS BURNT TO CHARCOAL, and with the two orders of pancakes with syrup, there was no syrup, I litterally asked again but they still didn’t give it to me. And they forgot the straw for my iced coffee.
