I’ve been eating at the original Flint location for over 50 years. I moved out of state for 25 years and I’ve had it on my bucket list since moving back 10 years ago. It never disappoints! Since eating here again on my birthday (2025) I have been back several times and enjoy taking my friends and family that have never been. They have all enjoyed it immensely. Today I finally got to try a pizza…..on the house after winning it last night through their monthly text “lottery”. It was absolutely amazing! I’m hooked on the ravioli but would definitely order a pizza again. I ordered a house salad with their house ranch because the salad is always fresh and wonderful too. Did I mention the cannoli???? Yup got one of those too. Make sure you look into the daily specials when you go. Great prices and just enough for a meal with leftovers! Bon Appetite!!

I’ve been thinking about this for hours and so I figured write a review. The Alfredo was HORRIBLE. I ordered the Seafood Alfredo ($23) and it came with shrimp & scallops. A really simple dish, that is one of my favorite things to eat & make. Why was it Cajun style without being put on the menu as Cajun style? This Alfredo was so spicy (and someone who appreciates Indian food- it was HOT) I asked our super nice waitress about it and she said ‘yeah, they have been putting more spice in it’ and she took it back and I reordered regular shrimp Alfredo ($24, and no I’m not sure why it’s MORE money with LESS sea food- make it make sense) anywhooo, they proceed go bring out the most bland milky alfredo. No salt. No pepper. No garlic. Nothinggggg.
Is there no happy medium? This was the worst Alfredo I have ever had in my whole life. I will notttttt be back, and if you go do NOT get the Alfredo.

I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough! Cierra(I hope I spelled her name right) and her best friend (I’m so sorry I didn’t ask your name! But she had the cutest short hair cut!) are just honestly so amazing at their jobs; they go above and beyond for their guests, and the rest of the staff is always so sweet. Cierra gave my husband and I a compliment almost 2 years ago, and I finally got to tell her how much that impacted us in the best way! The food is amazing, the atmosphere is cozy, and it’s the perfect family restaurant.

Food is really good. Super authentic looking place. This restaurant has been in Flint area every since I can remember. The history on the walls in form of articles and pictures show the fantastic history. Very relaxed atmosphere. You can order wine or beer. They have special, Tuesday if you order entree n drink you get an entree for free(is limited on select dishes)but Two for Tuesday! Also all meals come with salad n homemade bread.

I have officially found my favorite Italian restaurant. From the service to the food phew was immaculate. Will be here soon again. The bread was fantastic with the light hint of garlic butter. The chicken noodle soup was delicious and of course the pastas were on fire. We will for sure be back!

What a gem, ordered takeout this evening for dinner – a calzone which came with a salad and a gigantic roll with butter.. but not just any butter as I found out but garlic everything for under $15 and it was all very tasty
