I stood at the counter waiting for acknowledgement of any kind for more than 10 minutes and received “0”… but I’m sure if I was also Hispanic they would’ve acknowledged me.it’s truly y said that it has to be this way in America. My mother-in-law got water from the soda machine. It tasted like rusty mop water. My husband and I got the sweet tea, and it, too, had a fermented mop water taste. We took our food to go. At the hotel (25 minutes away), we took a bite of our mild chicken tenders. It was greasy and bland. The coleslaw smelled and was spoiled. My husband’s chicken sandwich was missing the bacon. It was cold and tasted sour. The mayo was rancid.

Horrible customer service and unsanitary.
I ordered a 2 piece with no thighs, I received 2 thighs. When I gave the box back after touching the thighs with my hands, the manager put them back with the rest of the chicken and gave me new pieces. I explained to the manager that food should be trashed once it leaves the window and he told me “have a good day ma’am”

This is not my local but I’m really love it. Everything clean and fast. Actually very fast. Just payment and get order (just 45 seconds. It’s make me surprised). Look chicken on my photo. It’s very very nice and juicy (no feelings oil). And staff help me fixed nice combo for my family.

The food was horrible service horrible they were rude and inconsiderate. Unbelievable. I will never eat at the establishment again. The best thing I had for my order there was the soda on top of that they were out of almost everything very rude about it. This Popeyes is a joke. Spicy chicken sandwich is so small compared to other Popeyes in the nation. The chicken tenders were so small as well. A 13$ meal looks like a KIDS meal! The biscuit is hard as a rock.
