Why is it when you get nachos deconstructed rather than having them put it all together to keep your chips from getting soggy, do you get half of what you’re supposed to. Every damn time. You have utensils that measure out amounts, it should be the same EVERY time or very close. I literally got half the chips & toppings. So it’s either soggy chips or only half of an order. What a bunch of BS!!!

I spent about $30 and asked for a courtesy cup of tea and they wouldn’t give it to me unless a kid was in the car. Tht is some dumb rules!!! How much will they loose from a small courtesy cup of tea when my meal cost wayyyy more. Ridiculous!!! Honestly I could have bought a cup of tea if I wanted, it’s just the principle.(Please make that make sense)

Ordered super nachos from them and got little to no food and over cooked beans and more chips than anything else. This is ridiculous, and then i called them twice and both times they answered then hung up. Cant even get my money back.

Food was ok but fountain drink system was down. No paper towel roll to dry hands, it was being used to replace toilet paper. Was disappointed they didn’t offer any kind of senior break.

This taco casa and the #112 up the road both close at 10pm on Saturdays. Google is wrong. So is the “open” sign that left on. I will give points to this one for having a drive thru recording notifying the car in front of me, myself, and those behind that are actually closed despite the contrary evidence. They are also have a bigger parking lot for yourself and other customers to make entirely new game plans or compromises. Myself, taco bueno. Sad. Such a long journey to two separate taco casas, filled with confusion and betrayal only to arrive at the sleek corporate shell of taco casa, Taco Bueno, where I was served promptly and efficiently to less appetizing fare. So in reality, taco casa is kinda like bad relationship with somebody who is rude and flakey yet oh so good when it hits. However, as an adult with self respect, you gotta break up with them because they don’t even apologize for how they make you feel bad and untrusting. They’re lowkey gaslighting you for their superior old school taco. Kind of how In-and-out is taking over the world because they are both quality food and consistent. I will always have fond memories of taco casa but they are tethered to the frustration and rage behind its lies. Adios taco casa. I’ll make my own or starve.
