the lobby was dirty so i chose to go through the drive thru instead assuming it was short staffed. i ordered my meal through their AI system which completely messed my order up. once a employee answered the speaker to correct the order, it seemed like she had an attitude. i pulled up to the first window i had to wait almost a whole 5 minutes before someone greeted me. when the manager or employee came to the window i was just told my total, a professional business would’ve apologized for the hold up at a “fast-food” restaurant. anyways, i got my card back with no receipt and was handed my drink with absolutely no ice. i asked for a cup of ice and with a attitude i was told they are out of ice and have been out of ice for a month now. i just blew it off, i was then asked to pull forward to wait on “fresh food”. 7 almost 8 minutes later someone brought out my order, however it wasnt fresh like they said it would be. the eggs were rubbery & the chicken was hard. POINT IS.. DO NOT EAT HERE ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

I ordered a fish combo. I asked them to make it fresh. I got home …..The fries was recooked and The fish was NOT fresh at all! I called them 12 times NO ANSWER. Someone kept hanging up! It could have been their phone system. This was my third time and last time for Wendy’s!

I love Wendy’s but the second I rolled up to an AI ordering system I just said nope and drove away.
1. I won’t surrender the rights to my voice for a cheeseburger
2. I won’t support cutting headcount for shareholders.
3. I won’t have AI make a mistake and charge my card $8k dollars or some other thing.

It’s 7:33am no one is in line but I received cold food and a water down pineapple mango drink. I sat at the window to just get a replacement and everyone kept walking past as if they did not see me there. There’s no reason. First time here I’ll drive elsewhere before stopping here again EVER.

Ordered my food Uber, missing my whole meal, went back up to Wendy’s and the young boy working the window, tried to say my Uber driver pulled off without taking the second bag, and tried to hand me the cold food, I said can I speak to a manager, the manger came to the window heavy set dark skinned lady and said “what, what do you need” I explained my situation and requested my food be remade (the manager was very unprofessional and filled with attitude)because I had to drive 15 mins just to the Wendy location to get my food fixed. After going back and forth about getting my food remade, they brought my new food out, everything was ice cold, only thing remade were my fries and nuggets, but my JBC was hard as a brick and freezing like it was in the fridge! And my Son of baconator was cold and just pilled with mayo and ketchup. Very disappointed and will be contacting corporate or the owner of this store!! Constantly a disappointment! Those employees should be fired! No customer service and very unprofessional! Don’t recommend!

Got charged $6 for a BLT Crispy Chicken that has no tomato, bacon, cheese. Just the chicken and lettuce. No ice with our drinks.
Lady with the long black glitter nails I would assume who’s the manager looked like she already had an attitude from the beginning.
So with my complaint, I call the store and Miss “Manager” told me to just bring the sandwich back after the fact I touched and examined my food. Of course she has an attitude before and during the call.
First and foremost, it’s very unsanitary to bring any food back to a restaurant once it has been touched. I told her I still have my receipt and a picture shown below and she told me just to bring the sandwich back or there is nothing else she could do.
She couldn’t even at least apologize for the inconvenience or acknowledge my confusion and frustration so I then to tell her I was going to contact the higher up’s of Wendy’s, she proceeded to say and I quote “go head”
Little unprofessional from a “manager” if you ask me.
Greg who was the cashier was so nice and respectful but I will not be returning here.
This Wendy’s will have a downfall if they don’t hire people that have exceptional customer service.

I walk in I look at the menu look at who was cooking the food because nobody was at the register and this Brown skin I think she’s Mexican she have a tattoo of Ohio State on her neck think her name is Kelly and she going say “why are we looking like that” and I was like rude you can’t even say hi how are you doing then when we got are food and we trying to walk out she going to say “ why are they still here” and they was taking too long to make are food Dan when , we got the food. The food was cold. We got a little bit of fries and three chicken nuggets, but I got a biggie bag. Sandwich was greasy.
