Kristall’s is one of the longest running and most established restaurants in Leavenworth and is proud to serve fabulous food, drinks and cocktails. We are an American family style restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We offer outdoor dining for both our lounge and restaurant with ample parking. Located only two blocks from downtown; join us during your stay. We offer a wonderful place to relax in our family dining room or our fabulous lounge with a view of the Enchantments. After having a terrible experience at the old world chophouse, I decided to try every other steak in town. Kristall’s absolutely delivered with an amazing prime rib dinner! The staff is amazing, and the food matches that energy. The price is far below what you’d expect to pay for the quality they deliver. It’s christmas eve and they absolutely delivered an amazing dinner as well as a dining experience.

Outstanding service, but a bit misleading with the menu. After driving 4 hours to get to Leavenworth, I was famished and wanted to try a major dinner (and take home some leftovers!). The menu states “thin breaded cutlets” (plural!!), so that’s why I ordered it. It only came with one…unless all the pork cutlets are smashed together to make one schnitzel?! Potatoes were great, as was the mushroom gravy. Presentation was a little lacking. Like I said though, service was outstanding! However my dinner was underwhelming for both my husband’s and my choice (wish a salad or bread would’ve come with the meal, especially for over $20 each plate).

We were here for Thanksgiving dinner and it was packed. The friendly hostess said the wait was 15-20 minutes. Even the bar had no room. We were sat within 15 minutes and greeted quickly by our server Chris G. He was tired but very funny. We soon ordered drinks and the Thanksgiving dinner. Food arrived fast and was hot. Portion sizes were huge and we ate everything, which was clearly delicious. Everything was cooked well and was very tasty. For the amount of people in this restaurant, it was extremely clean and so were the bathrooms. There is ample parking but we were close enough to walk, which was good so we walk off some of our dinner. The area was safe to walk. I strongly recommend especially if you looking for a good home-cooked meal.

Stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner. The burger was awesome. The waitress was so kind and helpful and big smiles. We tried the tortilla chicken soup..AMAZING! We went back a couple of hours later just to pick up to-go order of just the soup. Try it…you’ll thank me later…lol.

I wish I had our servers name. He was a younger gentleman and our family really loved having him! He was so nice and accommodating. A lot of places these days have servers that act like we’re putting them out when giving our order … he was checking on us, had great manners, very genuine. The food was a fair price compared to what we saw around the town. The food and seating was exactly what we needed after a long weekend of driving! Thank you for having such a great staff here!

The Bavarian Combo is a german sausage with soft pretzel and sauerkraut. The sausage was too salty, the sauerkraut was old with no texture but the pretzel was really good. Somehow, these three together didnt compliment each other.

Put this on your bucket list and order the country fried steak. Completely unexpected flavors! We also ordered fish and chips. Not what I expected but very happy! Fresh and dipped in tempura batter. Perfect! Waitress and staff were wonderful!

It looked pretty empty at peak time on Saturday, which was the tell.
The Carrot soup was watery, lacking taste (and carrots). The coleslaw pretty plain but met the bar.
The German Schnitzel with mushroom sauce was underwhelming, but top score to the green beans with onions and bacon (is that Germanic?)
Fish n Chips – nondescript fish type and quickly losing a point for Breaded batter being slightly overcooked. Great fries tho .
Service got full marks for speed and friendliness.
Overall OK but nothing that would make my German friends proud here. Keep walking.
