We really enjoy our experience whenever we eat here. The staff is always super friendly and attentative and the food is always good as well. My wife loves stopping here whenever we are in the area. Her favorite thing from here are the honey chipotle mozzarella sticks.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Chili’s and cannot thank the staff enough. We came in with a large family group of 13 to celebrate our grandmother’s birthday, right around closing time, and Katherine and Ebon went above and beyond to take care of us.
Not only did they welcome us warmly, but they stayed open past closing so our entire family could enjoy the evening together without feeling rushed. Customer service like this is rare and deserves recognition. Huge thank you to Katherine and Ebon!

Love this place! They have COKE! You have to get the chips and salsa not sure what they put in there but it’s addicting! The fried Mozzarella sticks are amazing! You can get them dipped in different sauces or naked. I love all the deals offered from the 3 for me or the lunch deal something for everyone! I always leave full and happy!

My grandmas birthday was last weekend but we couldn’t get to Chili’s until 30 minutes before they closed for a dinner to celebrate. We called ahead and the general manager said he had no problem with a party of 13 coming in before they closed. When we were there the service was very good and the server was super friendly and nice. They weren’t rushing us and they let us enjoy our meal even after being there after closing time. They stayed open for us and my family really appreciated it.

My husband and I just went for lunch on 1/20/26 and the service by Keisha was outstanding. She was moving non stop waiting and checking on all her tables and never dropped her smile once. She was personable and very professional. I gave a 4 star on the food only because our fries didn’t taste fully cooked. The burgers we got were cooked perfectly and delicious.

Okay, so we have never had a bad experience at this Chili’s, and today was no different. Not only was the service great especially from James. My husband ordered the big rancher burger and it looked incredible. We don’t eat out too often because of today’s economy and it’s always such a drag when we leave and it doesn’t feel like the meal was worth the time or the cost. That was not and has not been the case at this location. Nala the hostess was also really kind and helpful. Great work folks.

Ryan was my service attendant and did very well. I ordered a Shark Attack margarita, side of shrimp, and the triple dipper. Everything was delicious, although the mozzarella cheese sticks were a little too salty for me. Ryan got my sense of humor, and I was very impressed by his personality and professionalism.

When we first arrived, there was no one at the hostess stand. A bartender came to tell us someone would be right with us. A young guy came, then cleaned a table, then sat us. Our entire visit, he did not seem to care about his job; everytime someone new came in, they had to wait for him to return to the front lobby. Our food was good, we ordered the pick 3- 2 sets of ribs & sausage; we ordered an extra piece of street corn, & upgraded our fries to curly fries. We got chips & salsa, & ordered the southwest egg rolls. Our last visit when they brought our chips & salsa, it came with 2 cups of salsa, this time it did not, but we would’ve liked more salsa, but we were never asked. When our platter came it had fries instead of curly fries. When I mentioned it, she took the fries back & brought us fresh, hot curly fries. All of the food was good. When it was time to pay, the little tablet at the table was not working. The waitress/manager processed our payment fine. Waitress was very pleasant & polite, but didn’t check on us often enough- I would’ve asked for more salsa, & another refill, & the to go box all sooner had she been more present. Overall it was a nice dinner with good service.

The food was good. It took a little while to get it, but I was part of a group of 11. Only one small thing got mixed up out of all of our separate orders, and the servers we polite. The bathroom floor was a little sticky, though.

I did not wait long for a seat but was early for dinner. Received my appetizer quickly and my many course came within 10 to 15 minutes of my appetizer. Meal was fresh and hot. Wait staff checked on me frequently and kept my tea full.
