Pretty Busy Fathers Day. Treated my son & granddaughter to Brunch. Had to wait for menus then waited longer to order, was a busy kitchen; however with a 5yr old, it’s hard to be patient.
When hot food plates arrived, all was forgiven. The jalapeño burger/ fries was delicious and enjoyed. I had the 2egg special with bacon & rye toast; Munchkin had a Quesadilla, scrambled eggs, sausage & bacon..and she solidly loved it , and the blue raspberry drink.

Had a horrible experience here. Took my two kids only to be barely served while I watched the waitresses all gathered and taking. I watched all the tables around me recieve the most beautiful fluffy pancakes and got burnt stacks for me and the kids. We had to wait for one of the waitresses to make eye contact to even get utensils AFTER we had already received our food. My waitress accidentally double the amount on my receipt and I guess the manager was pretty nice. She offered us new pancakes but I didn’t want to stay there any longer. My waitress watched me talk to the manager with a look of maybe anger and confusion and it was all just awful. Even the table next to me agreed that it seemed unfair.

I am not a regular at ihop but I went in today at the suggestion of a friend, to look at the menu, because we were thinking of going there tomorrow. She hasn’t been in one for ages, either. I have to say, the employees who were hanging out at the register, and walking by, and a young cook who came over there as well, were absolutely delightful. I took their names… Joni, Emma, Judy and Greg… because I wanted to post here how lovely they were. The menu is very reasonable, with so many choices, and for those two reasons, I will indeed be going there with my friend tomorrow!

Called them to place an order of the strawberries & cream crepes + a spinach/mushroom omelette for pick-up. I picked up my food after 15min, left a tip despite not being served inside the restaurant, and came home so we could all dig into some premade breakfast, only to discover… that there was no cream in the crepes, nor on the side? Super disappointing; I don’t know how you miss something that integral to the dish. What we have now is dry crepes and a small cup of strawberry compote, which make very little sense on their own for the cost of the dish itself. For what ended up being a $40 bill for two breakfast items that I carried out of the store myself, was not worth the time nor effort.

I don’t like giving bad reviews, but this time I felt discriminated against by the waitress at I-Hop, because she gave me my food and my bill at the same time, which I interpreted as meaning that she wanted me to eat quickly and get out of there.

This is one of the worst ihop I have ever been to. The service is one of the worst I have experienced. Our food was cold & not even what I ordered. She didn’t even offer us water or checked after serving us the cold food. We didn’t even finish eating before she just put the check for us to pay. Do better I am shocked that this ihop has such a high rating.

It bothers me to say that IHOP is no longer what it used to be! I suppose nothing says the same. Not talking about the people working there , they’re all terrific. But what bothers me is that the prices have skyrocketed but they’ve taken so much away!
I get the same order every time I go,, And not only is it made differently each and every time(Not according to spec) But it greatly seems like things are missing from the mix. When you Order the CYO omelette with spinach it was a hearty dose of spinach , Now you have to actually look for it except for the two pieces placed on top to make it seem like you’re getting some ! The onions are barely noticeable When you used to be able to see them. The Pancakes no longer have the IHOP signature taste that most people don’t even realize came from the addition of their pancake mix to the egg batter! Add to that, the pancakes split in a half when you lift them to butter them, Im Guessing that means less eggs. So you’re paying for more & getting less. Sadly WHEN YOU GET TAKEOUT, IT’S TWICE AS BAD!!!
I’m guessing IHOP thinks their patrons don’t notice/-NEWSFLASH, WE DO!

Went the other night with some friends. Absolutely terrible. Incredibly slow service, food not so bad but yea takes way too long with the place basically being empty. Sorry not being mean just honest!
