I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s at the Jasper, TX location. My entire order (#949) was cold, stale, and clearly not freshly prepared. The fries were hard, the sandwiches tasted old, and the food seemed like it had been sitting out for a long time. We had already started eating before realizing just how bad everything really was. On top of that, we didn’t even receive the sauces we ordered.
When I got home and we noticed the condition of the food after eating, I called the restaurant five different times, and no one picked up. It took almost three hours before someone finally answered. When they did, the employee was rude, talked over me, did not listen to everything I had to say and showed zero interest in helping. They refused to issue a refund and told me to “talk to the GM tomorrow,” even after I explained I had been calling since the moment I got home. They failed to notify me of the gm time on when he/she would be there and HUNG UP ON ME
This location clearly has serious issues with food quality, order accuracy, customer service, and professionalism.
Corporate has been contacted regarding this situation, because no customer should be served food in this condition or treated this disrespectfully when trying to resolve it.
I truly hope this location improves, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend it. Your better going elsewhere.

Mc Donald’s in Jasper on 1110 W Gibson St, Jasper, TX 75951. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place was a mess. Service was unacceptable. We ordered through the kiosk, no receipt then it says pay at counter. We reordered. While waiting we saw people get wrong orders, no orders, people complaining they never received their drinks, about 6 total. Drive thru orders wrong where the customers came in to get their order right. Employees arguing with customers. I really thought a fight might break out, and I definitely didn’t feel safe there anymore. Everyone in this establishment was frustrated. We waited 30 minutes and walked out without our order. Too much drama for me. The manager or whoever was in charge, should have handled this better. There was things he could have done to make sure customers were satisfied. I’ll never stop at this place again while traveling. You’ve lost my business in this town!

Waited over 20 minutes for my order and it was wrong. I couldn’t get anyone to come to the counter for help and almost everyone before me came back inside because their order was also wrong. I just took the loss and left. Extremely disappointed. The food was slammed together and sloppy. I’m not expecting perfection but the burger literally came apart because it was stuck to the wrapper.

Just made them give me a refund and left. There were people that had been waiting an hour for their food and drinks. Manager was frustrated and being short with customers, customers were bickering with each other, no one manning the counter and folks unable to show receipts for their orders because the kiosks weren’t printing any. The floors and counters were sticky and food on them.

Leaving review under mine and my husbands joint google account(this is Rachelle typing).
Unacceptable this is a raw burger patty. Y’all better hope I don’t catch listeria or food poisoning while 8months pregnant or I’m suing you guys. This is absolutely disgusting. There’s food safety laws and regulations establishments are supposed to follow regardless. Clearly they weren’t followed. This McDonald’s has got to be the absolute worst. I always seem to have some sort of food quality issue with this location. I’ve already contacted Doordash customer support and filed a complaint with them over the phone, I will be also filing a formal complaint with McDonald’s Corporate office in the morning as their offices are currently closed. To ensure the proper procedures is taken in regard to proper recourse of action. Leaving this here as a precautionary warning to the general public to check your food before consuming especially to those who are like myself and is/are currently pregnant.

The lady that took my order was very kind & polite. What issue I had is I ordered specifically a large iced Caramel Coffee, line the cup with caramel drizzle. Which I paid .50cents extra. They didn’t do it, I asked for it to be fixed. And one of the lady’s claimed they can’t do it around the cup? Now what kind of excuse is that? McDonalds always does that thats why you get the option to customize it and pay extra for it?….& she didn’t even fill my cup up. 50 cent is 50 cent these days!!

Tell me why every single time I go to the McDonald’s in Jasper I always end up complaining or arguing with a worker about something. My food is hardly ever right. They always talking bout “ pull up and your order will be out soon”. Girl all I ordered was a large fry why would you make me pull up for something y’all already got cooked back there? And all the people always got an attitude. Yea I get it’s 7 o’clock on a Wednesday night and you don’t wanna see me in there that’s cool but if you hate your job that bad go ahead and quit and give it to
Someone who actually cares enough to be there. I’m starting to think I should apply for the manager position so I can teach them customer service the right way bc I don’t think yall actually finished training with the workers. And the sad part is it’s not even the teenagers most of the time they’re usually nice except for a few. It’s the old ones. Like yall been on this earth long enough to know what thank you and have a nice day is. If I say thank you even tho my order has been messed up twice the least you can say is you’re welcome. I shouldn’t have to say it multiple times just to get a word out of you.
And tell me why I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe with a large fry and they didn’t even put the stuff that comes on the burger originally. They just gave me meat and bread and called it a day. If I wanted that I could’ve just made a sandwich at home. They gave me a medium fry that looks like they were snacking on back there and they always be forgetting my sauces. I understand forgetting the extra stuff but the stuff that comes on it originally? Come on now.
And don’t even get me started on the inside man. Every time I gotta go inside bc they messed up my order they all just standing around in the back pretending they don’t see you. You gotta be waving and stuff and yelling out “MAAM” just to get one person to come look at you with their eyes rolling. Then when they get to you they act like you trying to get them to steal the Declaration of Independence with you oh my God.
And the morning people too, it’s 7:48am on a Saturday why are you already mad. I’m sitting here telling you good morning, how are you and you looking at me like I’m ugly or something. You can at-least say hi. You just messing up my day and my attitude towards you bro. And how do you forget the caramel in a CARAMEL ICED COFFEE.
Food is too expensive these days to be messing up peoples orders. And we can’t even call it fast food no more when you wait 15+ mins in line for something that is just not worth it. I understand mistakes happen but every single time I come through the drive through? Be so fr. and obviously seeing these other reviews I’m not the only one having issues. I usually don’t be complaining in public places with my name out and stuff but I’m just tired of yall. Thank you to the few people in there who actually know how to do their job.

This is the rudest most unprofessional McDonald’s I’ve been to when I asked about missing items manager told me oh well. Then walked off leaving me at the counter.
