I placed a large order and was given three separate bags. When I politely asked for a larger bag to make it easier to carry everything to my car, the staff member told me I needed to bring my own bag. I was surprised and disappointed that a store of this size could not provide an extra bag to assist a customer. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations for customer service.

Ordered 1 classic smash burger 1 buttery Swiss combo and another buttery Swiss just the burger with pickles on it, and jalapeno poppers. After asking about 3 times if we didn’t want pickles on the buttery Swiss burger we finally got to the window to pay. We got out food and my mom made sure to check. They forgot the jalepeno poppers, after we had already stated multiple times we want an order of this NOT ON THE BURGER. Then we get home AND THE BURGERS ARE NOT EVEN CORRECT. WE GET 1 BUTTERY SWISS COMBO 1 CLASSIC SMASH AND A RANDOM JUMBO JACK??? MIND YOU THERES NO ONE THERE?? WHY CANT YOU FUFILL SIMPLE ORDERS? THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON AHEAD OF US AND THERE WAS NO ONE INSIDE. THEN BEFORE WE CAN FINISH ORDERING SHE KEEPS TELLING US TO GO TO THE WINDOW. WE PAYED $54 DOLLARS TO BE GIVEN AN INCORRECT ORDER WHEN THERES NO ONE EVEN THERE.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Jack in the Box. I went to buy food after a long, exhausting day, and on top of that my order was missing items. Is it really that hard to double-check the bag before handing it over? I pay for EVERYTHING, not just whatever they feel like throwing in.
The staff’s attitude was completely careless, as if doing their job properly was too much to ask. You walk in expecting to get what you ordered and walk out even more frustrated.
Terrible service, zero attention, zero responsibility.
If they don’t want to work, then they shouldn’t open. And if they’re going to serve customers, they should do it right. Last time I’m going to that place.

I went today at this location, as I always do because it’s near my place, and ordered some grilled wraps and one other crispy wrap. The order I received was wrong and they gave me all crispy wraps instead of grilled..and when I went back inside the counter to return my wrong order, they looked kind of surprised, but I insisted that this was not what I had ordered. They did make my order the way I wanted it but did a really bad job remaking it. There seems to be basically very little chicken, almost no lettuce or whatever they supposed to put inside it and the cheese almost next to nothing inside my wraps. The whole filling was just over a spoonful ….I’m gonna post a picture below just so people know what to expect when the people working inside have a wrong attitude towards their customers in case when you get ur order wrongly done and you try to let them know about it. I am really disappointed ☹️ and seriously thinking about avoiding this location as much as possible. The management need to watch carefully how their staff are treating customers and putting a dent in their business, also my sincere reminder to the Business Owner. Please watch your staff members including your shift managers as well. Thanks

Bought the new stacked bacon combo. Not much bacon, cold, and not on correct bun. Not even the cheeses were melted. So disgusted. Plus we waited for almost 5 mins. My husband had a old dry bun on his also not cooked well with no bacon???? Dont go there its reidiculous.

Disgusting, nasty, terrible, just plain awful. The patties are way over cooked and tough. The flavor is that of old tired, freezer burnt meat. The bun is lathered in mustard and it looked as if this burger was stepped on. I didn’t finish this meal. A complete waste of money. The Jack management is ok with that. As long as they can capture a buck they are complacent with shoveling out substandard food. Hey, the fries were ok. Anyway, judge for yourself.

I waited 20 minutes to be helped at the front counter. There was a line in the drive thru but there was only one girl working. There was another girl in the back but she seemed to be too entertained on her phone. When I finally got her attention, she gave me an attitude and was rushing me while taking my order, will never return here!

Came here for a late night/early morning snack, since Jack in the Box touts being open 24/7, and an employee’s truck is blocking the drive thru. I assume the night crew decided they could close early and screw around.

EDIT 6/30/25: Came here again and was given the “sorry we closed for a system update” bullshit that every Jack location does late at night. However, I had ordered through the app, and they had my food ready, so clearly there was no system update. The staff here will do anything to avoid working during the night and should be fired. This happened around 3:30-4am.

Sometimes, I get Two of these Tacos for 99cents, which is a pretty good deal. when I don’t feel like spending too much out of my pocket, still want to feel good in my stomach, I get these pretty affordable tacos and curly fries from jack in box.
The bill is less than $5, are you serious? Thank you Jack in the box for helping low income people like us survive while inflation is in the peak.
