As a DoorDash driver, I have the luxury of visiting all of these fast food and restaurant establishments, and I can see the best or the worst of their customer service. If they can treat a driver with respect you already know they can treat a customer with the highest respect… This location does things the right way I give them to thumb thumbs up!
If you are a DoorDash driver, this location is very good about having the order ready before you get there or in a very timely manner after you get there… From a customer perspective with the new dependent on technology the human element as far as Customer Service is lacking

I agree with some of the other reviews about poor management, customer service, and attention to detail. There will be some sort of issue with accuracy or something else at least 75% of the time that you order here. When you report feedback, such as a missed item on a mobile order, they won’t just issue a refund or a credit, they make it complicated by contacting the owner personally. It’s frustrating knowing that there’s a better chance of having an issue than not at this location.

This McDonald’s literally does not care about customer service. It’s bad enough in the drive thru that multiple times, including today I have missing food. When it happens, and it happens often, I have to go inside to get it correct but it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to help you inside. Todays incident they gave me the wrong size fries, and fine no big deal, but when I told the lady that gave it to me, she shrugged her shoulders and said idk ♀️ Idk how many more times this can continue until people really start tanking the reviews. Only benefit they have is the location is super busy

Staff is incredibly rude and inefficient. I have been both a customer and a door dasher at this location. Staff consistently ignores customers with orders waiting to be picked up. Last visit I witnessed an employee throw a straw at 2 children asking for more ketchup. I have never visited a McDonald’s location so awful. It’s time to get rid of the women working at the front.

This place needs new management either the staff is poorly trained or poorly motivated. I went at lunchtime two cars ahead of me I ordered through the app a quarter pounder meal no ketchup. I waited 20 minutes for my order. I literally could have gone bought meat and went home cooked it and be quicker. Why did I come to this place?

How difficult is it to read the order and make it correctly. I order a Carmel Ice Coffee almost every morning and I always ask for 4 extra cream extra Carmel syrup and extra Carmel drizzle. I want it to be sweet. 70% of the time it taste horrible and I have to ask them to remake or add whatever. The staff will argue that they did….but based on the taste….they did not. It’s so bad that I have my own caramel syrup and cream at home to add. Ultimately- I’m tired of asking them to make it right, tired of reminding the cashier to pay attention to the order specifics, I’m simply tired of paying $6 a day for a horrible experience!
In addition the last two steak bagels have been horrible with hard fat…yuck. I threw my entire sandwich in the trash today it was so gross!

I ordered a bacon and cheese McGriddle and an order of hash browns. When they gave me my order and also had an order of hotcakes in there. I told them it wasn’t correct that there was too much food. They took it back in and looked at the receipt and basically threw the bag at me through the window and closed the window giving me food that I did not order. The people at the window were very rude and I will not be going back to this McDonald’s again.

We ordered using the app drive 15 minutes to the location then proceeded to wait an additional 20 + minutes for our food. If there is a rush of customers why are they not planning ahead for the lunch rush??

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and spicy Mc crispy. The “cheeseburgers” only had cheese and bun. The spicy McCrispy had chicken and bun so I call the restaurant they could only offer a free meal. I don’t live in the area so who knows when I would be back. Lesson learned I guess.
