I don’t go to iHOP very often but the times I’ve gone they haven’t disappointed and have been consistent but this time the pancakes were not as I remember. Not sure if it’s location or cook but these were smaller and less fluffy. Chicken biscuit had good flavor but was dry. It could’ve used more of the gravy.

Went here around 5 PM. We were seated and I looked around and noticed that about 8 tables had not been cleaned off. Just food, dirty plates, and glasses. It wasn’t until after 20 minutes before someone came out to clear them. All while using the same dirty rag wiping down all the same tables, which made me question how clean our table was. Service was very slow, but I can’t blame the waitress being she is the one I saw in the entire place, so she was getting hammered taking all the tables and bringing the food to everyone. The place looks in pretty bad shape. Water leaking from the ceiling into a cups on the floor. The seats were worn and torn. The food was OK, but for the prices they charge, it’s cheaper to eat at other places for breakfast food. In all I saw only 4 people woe,ima the entire place at dinner time.

Let me start by saying… waitress was awesome. Quick and attentive. My issue was that I walked in for a quick bite, but there was nobody at the front desk, and noone was even on the floor! I waited ten minutes before anyone came out of the back. Once I was seated, the young lady was great and made sure I got in and out quickly. I did the $8.99 burger special – wasn’t impressed. It is what it is.

thank you to my server ziyodahon and manager on shift as I came in at the incorrect time for the kids free meal discount before our SeaWorld trip. Thank you to the grace extended to our family as management honored the discount. Our food was delicious and freshly prepared. Thank you IHOP Idrive team, you guys are amazing!

The worst staff works here. Horrible and the absolute worst service for delivery drivers. Waiting 20 minutes for order that it says was supposed to be picked up 15 minutes ago. I arrived 5 minutes before pickup time. Staff doesn’t even ask to check the name of the order and ignores me for 20 minutes while seating 10 customers who came after me. Same service for 2 years now. Why would I deliver for 3 dollars when the wait time is 30 minutes and then I have to drive also after that. $3 dollars for 45 minutes slave work

We came on a Sunday midday, it was very empty here. It took half an hour for someone to come to our table to take our order and he got our order wrong. It took another hour for the food to come out and the server brought the dishes at different times. The portion sizes are INSANE for around $20 per person the portion sizes were so small. We will avoid this place at all costs. Don’t give them your money.

Nice, clean and courteous service in this restaurant. I ordered the Bacon & jam eggs Benedict with Hash Brown and a side of sausage. It all came out wonderful. The dish is a bit sweeter than my preference but savory enough to make it good. I think I’ll stick to my usual breakfast Sampler next time.

Update: visited again and the waiter was Chris, he was amazing! The service was fast, the tables were clean and food was great!
After a long exhausting day, I was pleasantly surprised by the service here. The server’s name was Oscar, he was attentive, kind and hardworking. The food was great, the pancakes nice and fluffy. The tables and restaurant was very clean and well maintained, I will be recommending this location to my friends when they are looking for a place to go to eat.

Hit or miss. Some nights it’s fine, standard ihop fare with decent service and a reasonably short wait. Some days you order a special pancake and it’s missing almost everything that makes it special. You mark yes for utensils and condiments, receive none of either. Your food with missing ingredients, utensils and butter/syrup somehow arrives both early and cold.
Ordering or dining at this location is a gamble. It can be acceptable or they can treat you like dirt. I’ve gotten both heads and tails here.
Editing to add more detail: I ordered the cookie butter pancakes. They had the biscoff crumbs but otherwise may as well have been the basic, plain pancakes. No cookie butter as in the photo. No whipped cream as in the photo. Nothing on the side. Not a single packet of butter. I feel as though I were scammed, I didn’t receive what I paid for.
Follow up: I received a call from a manager, I think, regarding the order. He said he plans to speak to the staff about paying better attention to order details and offered a full refund.

Good service and variety of available food options. There was only one waitress at the time, who also doubled as hostess. She was very friendly and accomodating. She also wore a mask on her face and gloves. Even though dining in is an option again, there were only a couple of other guests seated. The dining room was clean and well maintained. The floor was being swept and cleaned by another staff member. The food was fresh and tasted very good. Scrambled eggs were fluffy and well cooked. French fries were crunchy and hot. Pancakes are still the best option. Fluffy and buttermilk made, they’re delicious comfort food, especially topped with strawberries and whip cream. Syrup is served in small individual sealed containers *The regular syrup jars in a variety of flavors are now back on the table.. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience.
