For the price I should had ate at a Chinese restaurant. Could not eat the dry fish food and the hamburger dry the milkshakes is too doggone sweet. Wrong

I went into this McDonald’s, I saw everyone in the back and not one of the employees noticed me standing there waiting for someone to take my order.bad,bad service,I let out a small hello,and they still ignored me,I said helloooo again and was told I’ll b right there,a third hello ??can u pkease take my order ??and a girl came up front took order. Food came out ,old nuggets. Hate wasting my money on unexpected cold food.frys were rubbery.semi warm, alot of salt ,as if they were the leftoverfrys??..I deserve a refund!! However ,where’s the managers? Line in drive threw was all backed up and then I parked, went in.i should have stayed in line,the service was just as bad inside as their drive thru…

Go to literally any other McDonald’s. They made us wait in line in drive through for nearly 15 mins before taking anyone’s order after someone beeped their horn. Then once the order was placed there’s another 10 mins sitting in line.
Terrible customer service. This place has really gone downhill in the last couple years.

The last time I came here for lunch was back in the summer of 2012, and just about every crew member was moving like clockwork. My lunch was ready in less than 10 minutes. That was back then. Several months ago, I used McDonald’s mobile app to order 1 Large Premium Roast Coffee and pick it up in person ten minutes later. It was late in the morning, and the restaurant was not packed with customers at all. And yet, my order was not ready for pick up. I had to wait around for nine more minutes before one of the crew members came out of the kitchen and handed me a cup of coffee. Worse, a gentleman with grey hair stopped by to order something, but since no one was standing behind the cashier’s counter, he waited for a few minutes and left in frustration.

Terrible service at the window! Order confirmed on screen, told to pull up at the window.
We spent 10 minutes… 10 minutes!! Telling the lady at the window that she charged us for the wrong order! When she found our order it was incomplete. We pointed it out, the manager, instead of putting it in on the screen in front of him said it’s their fault, but they have a line, and to go back through the drive through!
I even switched to Spanish to help with the interaction since it seemed we were having communication issues.
They basically shoved the order into our window and shut the window after telling us to get back in the line because cars are waiting.

All in all good location, clean and fast service. Food was freshly cooked…… HOWEVER we couldn’t figure out who they expected to use the 1st stall in the women’s bathroom. WHY DOES THE DOOR TOUCH THE TOILET BOWL? WHO DESIGNED THAT BATHROOM BECAUSE I KNOW THEY NO LONGER HAVE A JOB ‍♀️ ‍♀️

Oh and why are the Golden Arches so low? Every McDonald’s with low arches has a fault

I gave it four stars because of of the nice customer experience so far. Although there’s some occasions that they were disorganized on orders, they still was able to get the food that was requested. But whenever I go to the men’s room, their urinals are very dirty and look like they haven’t been cleaned for a few weeks to a month. Usually whenever I see the bathrooms dirty, I also worry about if is there a kitchen is clean as there’s a saying. HERE IS A PICTURE. But overall, it’s a four-star.

It was a good visit, not great. Been 5 years since I last visited this location. Absolutely no atmosphere. Very cold…temperature and vibe. Food was presented well…but got really cold, really fast. Ordered at kiosk, delivered to our table. Absolutely no interaction with any human, other than that. Visitors entered the restaurant, placed their kiosk orders, received their food and left. No conversations, eye contact or interactions. Guess this is the new fast food protocol. Of all the places I’ve visited, including other McDonalds, this location was definitely the most depressing.
