At The White Label, we wish to transport you to the magical city of lights, treating you to French-Malayan fusion cuisine, made Halal and infused with local flavours. Visit us for to enjoy French cuisine made with fresh produce and refined cooking techniques. Please note that our Hot Kitchen will be closed from 4.30pm to 5.30pm.. Pastries, desserts and drinks will still be served during this time.

The mains and starters ordered was good. No complains.
The dessert, ondeh-ondeh cake was good. But the Tiramisu was off taste, the fillings was a bit gooey.
Service was okay and could be improved as we were chasing for air time calling for attention each time.
During the call to take order, the 1st server said he would get back to us, but we had to get the attention of another guy bcs the 1st one didn’t come back.
Water on table was also not automatically top-up. At least most of the restaurants would be aware if the glass is empty or half empty.
Nonetheless, it’s worth the visit to try their food.

Thought that the dishes may end up being too jelat but nope!! Super nice, keep wanted to have the next mouthful 🙂 ordered medium rare for the steak and it wasn’t too chewy, just nice and tender! We will definitely revisit hehe

Love my Roasted tomato soup & chicken risotto was great too with a big portion of fried chicken thigh on top.
One thing that I absolutely love, the vegetarian main course of Sugarloaf cabbage. Love that fact that it’s pure greens & not processed plant based

Four of us had the buffet lunch on a Sunday. Food was good. Room for improvement. Service was awesome especially by Michelle and the 2 gentlemen (which I didn’t get their names). They made dining at The White Label an enjoyable and memorable moment. Keep up the good job!

Here’s my honest review
1) Oysters
100/10!! Super succulent and juicy, served with lime and tobasco, the garnishes were on point and went well with the super fresh oysters! Please get this when you visit
2) Ribeye Steak
doneness: Medium (recommended)
fries was well-seasoned,every bit is coated well and not over salty. Nice touch of crunchy achar on the side, totally helps to balance out as the sauce was so creamy. 10/10!
3) Lobster bisque
8/10 – creamy and not too heavy on the taste, nice balance of sweetness, better if there is a slight spice or pepper to it. Still good!
4) Beef cheek lemak chilli pasta
10/10! Superb
Pasta was al-dente, cheeks were so tender and just melts in your mouth. The sauce was sooo spicy just how we like it. Amazing fusion for this dish!
5) Tiramisu Bomb
8/10 – Not too sweet or overpowering. just nice for sharing.

We had a wonderful dinner celebrating hubby’s birthday at The White Label Restaurant at The Sultan. Booked a private loft with amazing food, warm service, and a relaxed yet elegant ambience, just perfect for a special occasion.
Every dish impressed us from the tender lamb shoulder and perfectly cooked salmon to the flavourful bone marrow and grilled octopus. Dessert was the grand finale: tiramisu, ondeh-ondeh cake, durian flan, and pistachio cheesecake. The standout was the cempedak cake — rich, fragrant, and unforgettable! By the time it arrived, we were completely stuffed, so we packed it to go… only to realise we have left it behind at the restaurant!
The staff were kind enough to keep it safely for us to collect later such thoughtful and attentive service. Special thanks to Khai and Nas for taking great care of our group throughout the evening

Tried the Hi Tea trolley buffet. All food is good except the mushroom soup is sweet.
Service is very good except that we ask for coffee tea for more than 5 times repeatly and only get to drink coffee tea after the dessert
Through out the 2 hours we only get to drink ice water. Overall is good will come back again.

We tried the lunch trolley buffet for two people. The service was good, but we found the food very disappointing.
To be specific: the soup was watery. The “curry battered chicken leg” was just a drumstick that tasted like it was from KFC. The wagyu brisket was tough and hard to chew. Even the desserts were too sweet.
The final bill was $93 for two, which included GST and service charge. The buffet lasts for 2 hours. They bring out the food one item at a time, and the welcome platter is only served once (you pay for more). Drinks are an extra charge but are free-flow after.
With so many items having an extra charge, it’s hard to even call this a buffet. We will not be coming back.

I had amazing time dining at the White Label, the restaurant is attached to the Sultan Hotel Singapore.
The starters, mains, dessert and drinks were well made. The only downside is juts the staff seemed so busy, it was challenging to place order and ask them for some follow ups regarding our meals. Other than that, the meals were great and the place is nice.
