I don’t know what is going on in this store but there is one guy in particular, bald white guy that EVERY TIME I go through the drive through when he is working he messes up the orders, he sounds like he is on something. Today I came in during my lunch and literally watched this same guy pull food out of a bag that was ready to go, put into another bag and send out the door-only to soon realize he had messed up TWO orders, and argued with another staffer as to whose fault it was. And HE REALLY COULDNT HAVE CARED LESS. Whoever’s son he is-they are NOT doing his grown self any favors NOR THE PUBLIC by continuing to have him on the schedule. I ordered a simple 5 piece and they couldn’t even get that right, but he didn’t seem to care about that either. Quite a few customers saw this but since he has been there for a while I guess the managers don’t care either ♀️

I order delivery from here often, so I pay about $9-$10 extra to get it delivered through their app which works well.
However, the last two times, I had problems with the hand breaded chicken sandwiches.
Usually the chicken sandwiches are really good, but the last two times about 1/4 sandwich was undercooked and chewy and tasted like rib meat versus the normal good chicken taste.
I won’t order the chicken sandwich again unless I am at the store and can return it.
I hope they identify the problem with the “hand breaded chicken sandwich” and fix it because it was a good menu item.

Horrible customer service. Ask I asked for was a receipt and my order corrected I was heard but no response they just started I guess working on it. Whole time lady in charge asking them what I’m waiting on all rude and then after a while comes to me and rudely ask what I’m waiting for. I proceeded to let her know and told her it wasn’t any need for animosity from any of them. The one guy with shaggy hair acted as if he wanted to trash the place.

This location has put a lot of effort into cleaning up the environment of the store.
It makes it to where we can now come back and eat here.

Bathrooms were locked I guess because of the location. Everything was clean. I got the new Everything Combo not worth 10.00. The tots were old and I don’t know why it’s called Everything sausage,egg, mayonnaise, on a greasy seeded bun and I believe the coffee has gotten smaller and warmer. Last week I was in Danville and tried the Smoked sausage biscuit combo. The wrapper was saturated in grease even the bag was spotted It didn’t use to be like this For a couple more dollars I can go to a nice made to order diner.

Counter Clerk wouldn’t give me access to the bathroom after co-worker made a food purchase. Stated we individually had to purchase to get access. We’re in the same damn work uniforms. Pretty poor policy… I’ve yet to go in a Hardee’s that has their bathrooms locked.

An OK Hardees usually not busy. The employees are friendly, some homeless can be nearby but they don’t usually approach us as customers. The only bad thing was the drink machine was down in the main area.
