Made a Drive thru order, and the girl taking my order made it a point to take my order wrong. Once I got to the window, I specifically asked what was the price for my items and I was intentionally charged $5 extra. After reading my receipt, I immediately asked for a refund where the girl at the register “attempted” to give me a $10 refund insisting that this was the correct amount.
I had to demand my full refund and refused my order after. Terrible, prejudice, and/incompetent customer service.

fisrt time here as i usually go to to the one in torrance (whick is 5/5)no cars in the drive thru only 2 cars in the lot, still took over 10 minutes to get my food in the drive thru. the chicken taco was just chicken and lettuce wth! and was cold! never going back. Also the staff was rude

Horrible, thank God I didn’t have to eat in my car. This is by far the messiest burger ever. It had so much ketchup and mayo and whatever else they put on that it looked like an atomic mess. The fries were also heavily salted and drenched in oil. I know fries ore fried but I mean c’mon it was so abnormal.

Stop coming because I always order and ask for no mayo and they still put mayo. My coworker went around 6/630 today and treated me to dinner and asked want anything from carls? I said no b/c they always put mayonnaise or thousand island. I was on speaker and whoever was the cashier said no it’s okay we can do with no mayo. I ordered a six dollar burger lettuce wrapped with no mayo! No dressing ! and came home to open my treat ruined with mayo! Still can’t get a simple NO mayo / No thousand island order right. Simple. I absolutely can’t stand mayo so it’s not like I can’t just eat it and say hey it’s okay but I can’t because mayo is nasty to me. Thanks for a waste of money and a treat to dinner.

I only have 30 minutes for lunch. The drive thru had a couple of cars in it so I walked in. I had a shift lead and manager walk by me and said they would be right with me but I was there for 15 minutes ignored. The manager would rather be refilling her iced coffee machine than to take myborder. And NO! An apology from the owner will not help. I now realize this is the reason they are losing Market share. Prices are too high and service sucks!! Do not waste your time here folks.
