Service was fast. The food was good. Corn was well seasoned, chicken was crispy, garlic bread was very fluffy. My waitress was very sweet and checked up on me regularly. Bathroom was pretty clean and the tap had warm water, which is rare in public bathrooms. Would go again.

I have been coming to Chili’s for a while, but today stood out to me. I am writing this as I sit in the booth, before receiving my entree because the service is THAT GOOD. Every single person I have interacted with from the moment I stepped through the door has been nothing but kind and happy to be there. I am well aware of the “teens don’t tip” attitude a lot of places have, and I was not met with that here at all. I am overcome with joy at the way that the staff’s attitudes are, and I encourage everybody to eat here. Whoever the hostess was at 8:00 today was amazing, I want to give her a special shoutout for being so friendly!

Bar service was great but the food servers were inattentive and slow, could seem to stop by to refill the water glasses. Fries were cold and tough with mushy insides, lettuce was old with many brown spots and wilted, burger patty was way under cooked, must have been frozen when it was cooked. Inside meat was cool and very pink, didn’t taste right.

My husband and I went to dinner at Chili’s Grill & Bar last month! I was really in the mood for steak. They offer a 6 oz sirloin with two sides and it’s just perfect for my appetite. I think I may have even had some left over! The steak was made medium-well, how I had asked for it. The sides were delicious too! Our server was attentive and our food was served quickly. We had an overall positive experience!

Good food and great drinks! Good place for a quick bite with friends and one of the few places in Van Buren that serves alcohol. Servers are friendly and you can pretty much get a table anytime.

Only my second time to a Chili’s but my 3rd time will be sooner than later. Menu was updated with a variety of fantastic dishes. Not being there in awhile I asked (my waitress) what she recommended and not only did she pick me out a meal to remember but she was oh so friendly and nice and professional. K she was working the bar that night and made everyone feel at home.

I come here often as it’s one of the best places to get a chicken sandwich in Van Buren. Don’t get me started on that triple dipper either. & shout out to Lauryn W. as she was an absolute delight to have wait on us. Very professional, kind and courteous, and always quick to refill our drinks. If I could request her to wait on us every time we go there, I absolutely would.
