Between the massive wait times and the indifferent staff, this place is a mess. I waited way too long for a simple order, was charged extra for BBQ sauce, and then got served fries that were covered in way too much salt. Dealing with a robot instead of a person just adds to the headache. Save your cash and go somewhere that cares about quality.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and small frappe. While I waited (longer than necessary because they forgot to make my drink and didn’t check on me while I stood at the counter waiting) I watched an employee fully change her outfit in the lobby and then walk behind the counter to the kitchen area and begin working. When I finally got my frappe and a weak “sorry, we forgot” I came outside to see the previously mentioned employee LOOKING IN CAR WINDOWS and chatting on the phone while she smoked a cigarette. Tossed the food. Will not be back. Disgusting and unsafe place to eat.

I dont normally eat McDonald’s, but was my only option on the way home. Tim was very friendly and professional, seemed like a good employee. Food was actually cooked well, thanks to the lady whose name I failed to catch.

They dont derserve even 1 star. Marie needs to get a handle on this place. All the bad reveiws tell the story. I ordered a double qtr no pickle and extra onions, didnt get it. And as always it dosent matter what size fry you buy….they always short change you……..seriously?
Update. 6/23/23 Standing in line for for break fast. 10 min later the manager told front counter, switch to lunch, and i have been standing in line for 10 min for breakfast. These managers suck here, no respect for the customer. At the bottom of this it asked breakdast, lunch, dinner, so i have to check lunch but i was the for breakfast. I took a picture of a medium fry it its the size of a small fry in a medium container Update 8/27/23 large fry again in a small box. Their getting kimpy on frys again 6/6/24

I don’t know if they got their chicken from a different processing plant or something, but this has never happened to me. As an update: I’d like to preface that I am NOT upset as my biggest concern is that this may happen to someone else, or a young child that may not be able to handle this situation with ease. They were very apologetic and made sure to issue a refund immediately.

Came through the drive through and got sent to spot number 3, ordered at 12:46 and am still waiting 25 minutes later on my food well I’ve watched them clear the other parking spots well over 5 times. The food runner is letting other cars go through other bagged orders because they are not marking them so he’s unsure which orders go to which cars. After 20 minutes he came back out to let us know we’d have to wait longer due to the fact they just started our mcchickens. Employees are taking vape breaks laughing outside well customers are waiting and the line is backed up. I ended up calling to have my food brought out because it had now been 45 minutes, they asked what I ordered all I can hear is people screaming in the background that they don’t know, so we go in, we heard the manager hang up the phone turn and say “I don’t have time for that” we said we wanted the food or a refund, they “lost” our receipt, the manager is clearly high out of her mind and dosnt have a clue how to run an establishment. I contacted corporate, this is the worst McDonald’s I have been to in Michigan

The McDonald’s on Saginaw st in Mt. Morris is closer to me but I choose to go to this one because my food is always correct, coffee is always fresh and never burnt, the employees are always very nice.
