The person taking orders in the drive thru was extremely rude. When I got to the window I waited until my drink was ready before they came and greeted me and asked for payment. I don’t know about you but if this is a large drink I’m santa clause. The drink next to it is a starbucks large (I’ve been boycotting them forever, today I went back) can you believe the smaller drink a larger mocha with cranberry sauce cost more than the other drink by over 1.00. The other drink is a large mocha add 3 pumps of white mocha and 3 pumps of sugar cookie syrup. Please help me understand?

Great location, right next to interstate 694, and a lot of shopping areas and fast food.
Normally customer service is pretty good. Sometimes it feels they are just talking amongst themselves. But they make excellent drinks. I normally get a weird drink that isn’t really on the menu, so they get confused or have to remake it sometimes. But I like what I like.
If you like sweet drinks, I would recommend trying a vanilla white mocha cooler with 1 full shot of Carmel. Cures the sweet tooth and addictive!
I recommend this location, overall good place that make their drinks great.

I always love Caribou. We stopped here to refresh after a few hours of Christmas shopping at the Maplewood mall. Man, that takes a toll.
We had simple iced almond milk lattes that were delicious and replenishing. We sat at a table to get off our feet before driving home. It was a pleasant experience.

While I have enjoyed being a regular Caribou consumer for a number of years, I will be enacting a boycott. The least any business can do is refuse service to the terrorists causing grief and trauma to people. I directly asked the manager on duty what their ICE policy was and the answer I got was disappointing: ‘We don’t discriminate like that here’. I will not be returning until it is made clear that what is happening in our city is not acceptable.

The End of an Era **
I stopped at Caribou over the weekend and ordered a large Ho Ho Mint with almond milk. I swapped the dairy because my body does not handle it well, but otherwise, it was a simple swap. Nothing fancy. Nothing over the top. When I pulled up to the window, the total flashed: $8.45. Eight dollars and forty-five cents. For one drink. I had to sit with that for a second because there is no universe where a basic latte with almond milk should cost that much. That is beyond “treat yourself” territory. That is ludicrous. I still sipped it slowly and enjoyed it, but only because I knew it was the last one I’d ever buy at that price. For that same amount, I can buy an entire bag of coffee and make ten pots at home. Ten pots. The math is undeniable. At this point, it simply does not make sense anymore. The value is gone, and so is the reason to stop. Caribou, it was good while it lasted. But this is where I get off.

This is by far the worst caribou I’ve been to. The staff is always confused and rude they seem to hate their jobs and the customers. I rarely ever get straws even when I ask and my drink is usually lukewarm and not filled. They say they can’t split drinks into two cups but literally every other caribou will. Every experience I’ve had at this location has been bad. Please clear it out and rehire kind competent people. Rude workers

Honestly the choice is good like 20% of the time I don’t know why. I always ask for 2 extra shots because their coffee is too sweet and it’s still too sweet.
