Jack in the Box on Crenshaw & Imperial is a complete mess. I ordered something extremely simple and they still managed to get it wrong multiple times — which is honestly impressive at this point.
Manager Juanita was rude, dismissive, and acted like basic customer service was optional. No accountability, no professionalism, just attitude. If the manager doesn’t care, don’t expect the staff to either.
Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

The worst Jack in the Box I’ve ever gotten food from. The food was cold. The actual meat in the sandwich was cold. I ordered a salad and they didn’t give me the dressing. Just bad food. Will definitely avoid in the future.

The place is a mess! Really dirty, not to mention i spend 50$ and they gave me burnt patties that were sitting there for hrs!! Never coming here again or any jack in a box! I was a shift leader before at this franchise and they’ve have a lot to work on! Also they never game me the jibbys tat came with the purchase ! They probably stoled them! There not honest and give you old food instead of hot and fresh! Go across the street there a burger place thats self owned and treats customers with respect when they spend there hard earned money

Unfortunately, my experience at this Jack’s was far from good. The burger bun was stale, and the fries and tacos were overly hard, like they had been sitting around too long. To make matters worse, the employee didn’t seem interested in offering any kind of friendly service—she just flatly asked, ‘What do you want?’ It was really disappointing

For this to be the neighborhood JITB, I was so disappointed. I’ve been going here for years and I have NEVER experienced the level of disrespect that I did on this visit. It started at the speaker when I asked if they had a particular item. Her response was so nasty. I order the breakfast platter and a sprite to drink. When I got to the window the female was still blah. She gave me the total, took my card, processed the transaction and gave me my card back with no receipt. She immediately walked away from the window and slammed the window shut. A young man brought the food to the window, he started to hand it to me but took it back saying the hashbrown was missing. He went to go back and as soon as he hit the corner, the girl was coming back with the bag. As she was handing me the bag, I asked for a receipt. She says in the nastiest tone “give me a minute”. She hands the food, drink and finally the receipt. Got home, gave the meal to the person it was for and discovered the hash brown was so hard it literally crumbled like it was dry rotted, and the sprite tasted like it was mixed with dishwashing liquid. MARGARET, I believe was the nasty employee. Since the receipt was illegible, I had to guess. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. And yes I did reach out to corporate and haven’t heard A THING BACK. Maybe this is how things are. Not even corporate cares about the level of customer service being delivered to the customers.

Pleasant service and the food is yummy. Had the classic smashburger and fries. My friend had a jumbo jack and tacos. The last time i came here i had a sourdough breakfast jack. All the food was good. Their iced coffee, especially the vanilla, is very good.
Unfortunately i wont be coming back anytime soon. Too expensive and very few deals or sales. You have to use the mobile app to get most deals i guess.
They do have a fish sandwich on sale for under $3 at the moment which is great for Lent!

So far I’ve been here about 4 times and I just LOVE IT!!! I love Jack’s chicken sandwiches and feel like the taste had gone away throughout the years but this one makes them so good! The service is fast and great! Staff has been amazing so far! Super nice and professional. And Secondly my order is always right abs never missing anything will make an update if there are any changes.
